These people are very friendly. They address all my concerns when called upon. I had 5 creditors in negotiations and we have settled 2 so far. I wish the process were faster to settle as I have all necessary funds to make settlements. They however have a process to my understanding.

I have already done this review. Apparently, you did not like what I had to say. I'm taking it again with the hope that it will get posted this time. The idea of the company is very good. However, the customer service people leave a lot to be desired. Calls are NOT returned, and the CHAT is a joke. Yes, they have settled a debt for me and are working on another. I requested a HARDSHIP twice and they say they never received it. If I had it to do over again, I'm not sure I would deal with this company. Do your homework, look at the reviews then decide. Once again, I hope this was helpful.

It’s been an experience for sure they have helped bring down the credit cards but I guess I didn’t really realize the amount that they actually take from my monthly deposits for fees , so it seems I never have money in my account with also having monthly payments on the credit cards I do owe on. And I thought it would take a shorter amount of time to settle my accounts not 6 years? But it was stressful for what I all had originally so it’s for sure a better lower amount. They are helpful and I thank them for that.

The experience has been up and down from beginning agent provided misinformation but I stayed with the program with the assurance of no issues. I paid extra money to have my biggest debt settled to keep getting calls from freedom debt and not sure why this debt I enrolled is not being resolved quickly . Prestige Financial 7,000 debt is why I signed up for this program. I have sent to freedom the letters of threat garnishing my wages that hasn’t happened at this time yet but the hassle and harassment is why I trusted your company to hello resolve this issue. I’m getting calls about taking a loan ? I’m skeptical due to all the misinformation in the program my credit score is horrible I’m very dissatisfied I pay every month on time for program with little communication resolving accounts I’m not happy or trusting the program at this moment

The initial people I'll talked with were amazing. I only had trouble when my bank shut down my account because I was not paying on my credit card. FDR told me to either get a new bank or pull that debt out of the program. They were not much help with this.

Just to give a little update on my situation. I started the program to resolve 4 depts. I was told the program would be 44 payments and I could expect a roughly 1/2 savings on the dept settlements, as long as I didn't miss any dedicated account deposits. Well the company resolved 3 of the four depts. 63 payments later not missing any monthly payments they stopped taking payments and stopped completely working on the dept. I tried really hard to get good communication but you can never talk to anyone that is working on the dept just an operator that says they will call you and never do. Finally they gave me back the dedicated account and I am finishing resolving the last dept on my own. After looking at the fees payed Freedom Dept to settle the dept and the extra two years to not fix the problem. I would honestly say I lost money using this company. I am glad that I am no longer sending money into a company to hold it an charge me a monthly fee. (Little miracles do happen!!!)

I have confidence in your program however there are aspects that concern me. I feel the fees are high and some are unexplained. The resolution of settlements seem slow and one account was written off then a settlement was reached with an assigned 3rd party debt collector which appears to have added an extra fee! There are certain smaller accounts that I feel should have been settled first. Take your fees out in smaller amounts over time to allow more funds to be used for settlements.
