I’m only a little but halfway in the program. They are settling debts but I almost feel that if your gonna stop paying your credit cards you may be better off settling the debts yourself and not give Freedom the huge amount they take for settlements. Yes you save half your debt but than FDR takes their cut. I was also told when I signed up that a few months in I would be able to apply for a consolidation loan with a monthly payment and that wasn’t true

Settlements are dependent on accumulating sufficient funds in order to settle the debt and as long as we continue accumulating funds we should have no problems meeting your goals in realistic timeframes. I feel disappointed at the results, especially with California Coast Credit Union, I end up paying out more money than what I initially owed them, and that institution was my biggest concern. I called to find out how debt relief worked and was talked into do this. I feel I would of been better off doing what I had originally planned, keeping my good Credit and getting a debt consolidation loan. That way my credit wouldn't be crap like it is now and I could at lease take the equity from my home. Now I'm still in debt and can't qualify for a home equity loan because I did this. I'm screwed, and they still get paid. It was never about helping me it was all about the money they could make from me. All banks and all big businesses are all in this together to make money at any cost. I know this now.

Freedom Debt Relief has been pretty good for me. I am making good progress and should conclude my indebtedness by 2024. I heard some bad things about them, but they have been good for me. They have an A+ with the Better Business Bureau and 4 out of 5 stars in Customer Reviews, so the complaints may exist, but overall they have helped me.

Im desperate like everyone who comes to consolidate my debts i presume. Only thing good enrolling for consolidation with your company is stopping the harassment calls from debtors. I still ended up paying same amount of my total debts payable in 5 years. You guys didn't really give me break. You just stopped the interests from adding up to what I owe. Whatever amount you have settled for me the remaining goes to your company as I continued to pay in 5 years.

Ambre C is the person who explained how this program works. She was very patient and throughly explained all the options available to me to help get my debt under control. I really felt comfortable talking with her. She does a great job! My only problem is that when I was trying to set up my dashboard I missed my "welcome call" and there's been a problem setting it up. Apparently I am not seeing the part of the dashboard that I should be seeing . Ambre assisted me in talking to your customer service crew in trying to resolve the issue several times and it still hasn't been resolved.
