Aside from my credit being completely in the dirt for a while until negotiations are made with current creditors and the numerous calls from my creditors, FDR talked me through everything and I don’t feel as overwhelmed about my debt and know I’m making my best decision in resolving debt through them.

Freedom Debt Relief has been pretty good for me. I am making good progress and should conclude my indebtedness by 2024. I heard some bad things about them, but they have been good for me. They have an A+ with the Better Business Bureau and 4 out of 5 stars in Customer Reviews, so the complaints may exist, but overall they have helped me.

Im desperate like everyone who comes to consolidate my debts i presume. Only thing good enrolling for consolidation with your company is stopping the harassment calls from debtors. I still ended up paying same amount of my total debts payable in 5 years. You guys didn't really give me break. You just stopped the interests from adding up to what I owe. Whatever amount you have settled for me the remaining goes to your company as I continued to pay in 5 years.

We also make it our mission to help our clients pay their debts off faster than they would if they continue to make payments to their creditors directly, while interest is accumulating. Ambre C is the person who explained how this program works. She was very patient and throughly explained all the options available to me to help get my debt under control. I really felt comfortable talking with her. She does a great job! My only problem is that when I was trying to set up my dashboard I missed my "welcome call" and there's been a problem setting it up. Apparently I am not seeing the part of the dashboard that I should be seeing . Ambre assisted me in talking to your customer service crew in trying to resolve the issue several times and it still hasn't been resolved.

I would have preferred negotiations done first and a fixed total to knock out.
