I love having my debt consolidated in one payment and knowing that I'm getting myself out of the debt cycle. I called today to make a payment and I was informed and to cancel my auto pay. I talked to two different employees due to a dropped call, but both were so helpful and kind in taking care of my payment.

After a rocky start in regard to my first monthly payment, the situation was resolved. They first thought the money went through Western Union. When it was sent back, I informed them that it went through my checking account They then made the mistake of leaving out the last number of my checking account; I then had to correct them of the problem. Finally the money went through and the next two monthly payments went through properly.

It’s been a very good experience. The representatives have always been friendly and helpful. Updating balances was tricky since it wouldn’t allow me to update some balances online and i have a toddler so it can be hard finding time to call.

This is a great program! I would recommend this to anyone who is feeling overwhelmed by debt. I paid off all of my creditors and while it did bring my credit score down temporarily, it got better once the balances were lowered. Great customer service too!

The person I talked to the first tine didn't explain a lot of information to that I needed and gave me several wrong answers such as you work with advance financial 247 and but don't work with don't be broke.com. both of these were wrong. However, when I called today the representative explained a lot to me and was understanding and concerned and even gave me advice on how to contact the payday loan company they don't work with.
