She has been the only one that has taken the time to review my account and helped me get my accounts up to date being the fact I have been sending my monthly payments in two payment due to a life change event. I have called various times and no one but her has taken the time to disect my accounts and try to get all the creditors back on track. You should have her train others how to help your clients.

Consolidated Credit helped me get out of a dire credit card debt situation without jeopardizing my credit score . They lowered my payments 60-80% and my interest rates fell from appx 20% on the cards in the program to rates between 0% and 12%! My payments actually allowed my balances to go down because I was able to chip away at interest AND principle!! Consolidated Credit actually made it possible for me to live my life and avoid bankruptcy. And working with the company was easy and stress free. I'm incredibly grateful that my debt is PAID OFF!!!

Consolidated Credit Source helped me out of a terrible bind. I had bought a new house, charged for new carpet and furniture, and lost my job. They spoke with each of my creditors, arranged a lower interest rate, and consolidated all those debts. I made a monthly payment to them and they distributed it to each company. She also explained that I will be charged a fee of $17.95 for doing this process. I think she did a great job explaining everything. I waited far to long, out of my own pride, before contacting these folks. My financial issues are deeply personal and directly tied to my son who has a complex heart defect; there is nothing I wouldn't do for him. As a result, I over extended myself but thought I could figure my finances out on my own. I was wrong. At some point the desperation hit me in knowing I couldn't do this alone and I needed help. These folks saved my family and me and gave me the hope and skills I needed to repay my debts in an honorable fashion. For that I am eternally thankful.

Consolidated helped with my worries of how I can still make on time payments through Western Union. I felt relieved that everyone was so patient and understanding when I explained my money would not be in my account until a day later, but my problem was resolved with customer service being the professional people and thinking my cause was not lost. I am always willing to make my payments. I want to get out of debt and thanks to consolidated credit, I was able to get my payment through on time. I am happy and consolidated credit is relieved they give excellent service.

I've called CCS due to some questions and needed more advice with the representative. Every time I called the representatives are always helpful, compassionate and good listener, I am a client and every time I call CCS I've felt relieved as I knew most of the staffs are always trying to help me out, Tatiana is one of the staff that always got my call and honestly she's so awesome. I have had several conversations with different Customer.Svc.Reps,and all I wanted was confirmation that one of my accounts was paid in full,I called today 6/27 and spoke with Tatiana and she was able to go right to the source of what I was calling about which was confirmation and she made me aware that YOUR company does not communicate with the company Inwhich I paid off(One Main)she made it clear that the adjustment was done and that's much appreciated Tatiana..?

I called credit consolidation because I need I was in need of customer service and a more detailed explanation of what exactly was going on. Moving forward and I refer to Tatiana and it's only her, I wish more customer representative swear like her. After a few hiccups we were able to come to agreements and understanding that I was not fully explained what was expected and required of me. But with her patience and knowledge it become a thing of the past and I think her. #weneedmorelikeher

The lady I talked to over the phone was great! She had great customer service! I would like to comment on something else that only has to do with Consolidated Credit when I am paying my bill over the phone there should never be a charge of 12.95 to pay a bill. This needs to be looked at soon I already pay a monthly fee to be on this program and that should cover everything!

Let me just say: If it was not for Consolidated Credit I would not have been able to pay off my $40,000 consumer debt in four years. It was a daunting amount that gave me many sleepless nights. I started with this company in August of 2013 with Tricia Earles. She also was great. I have found that all the bad things I had heard about debt consolidation were wrong. The reason for my call today was because the representative that is handling my case(Andres Castro) wasn't returning my calls. when I first called he was rushing through everything I couldn't quite understand what was going on. Bottom line is that he had given me an amount I was going to pay but then received three other letters with all different amounts. When I called Diana, she was of a GREAT help! I loved the way she broke everything down to me and I didn't feel rushed! I was very satisfied with her service. Thank you!

I managed to pay off all my debt and so I had to lose our account but am happy to say that one company was too much for me to pay at once but the company gave me the opprtunity to pay off long term at 0 percent interest because of Consolidated Credit.
