Customer service communicated really well and were able to negotiate lower payments to get the account status satisfied. The way they operate it was closing down the accounts completely which then caused a reduction on my credit score and that's probably the only thing that really bothered me about the service.

This gave me my life back. I was struggling immensely and was feeling like there were no options left. Now I am slowing paying things off and did not lose my car or home.

The month closes all accounts with consolidated credit and also done final survey sent to my email. So all well that ends well. Keep up the good work! Talked with many reps during time with consolidated credit. I don't recall specific names,but all reps were knowledgeable and resolved all issues. Ok that's a lot reviews and survey's hope this helps.

A lot of reviews like to say how people here are rude, don't help, and none of that is true at all. I'm going onto my third year soon using consolidated credit and it's been nothing but a great experience. They helped me stop my interest rates entirely on 2 of my accounts, help out when I know I can't make a payment on time. Give respect Get respect!!!

I 100% recommend Consolidated Credit! I struggled paying off my credit card debt for years and never seemed to make a difference in the amount I owed because of the high interest rates. Once I contacted Consolidated, they took care of everything! I am almost at the finish line and I could not have done it without their help. The customer service is great and they are always available for any questions. My credit score has never been better!

I loved the service. My debts were always paid on time I did not have to worry. The next statement from my creditor always showed payment thru Consolidated. My debt is going down quickly. The withdrawal from my checking account was always prompt I did not have to worry anymore. It was a great burden lifted from my shoulders since I was scammed and this was not really my debt that I intentionally made

Consolidated Credit did an excellent job of working with the credit card companies to significantly reduce the interest charges which allowed me to pay off my debt (which seemed insurmountable) with an affordable payment plan and avoid bankruptcy. I was very overwhelmed with trying to keep up with all of the individual credit card payments on my own and Consolidated Credit took all of the worry and stress off of me by consolidating all of my debt into one monthly payment.

Kudos to the Consolidated Credit team! The staff are all super friendly and easy to talk with about my credit issues. There were some bad things happening in my life, which included a lot of credit card debt. This program will enable me to eliminate my credit card debt in 3 years. I called Consolidated Credit and I ended up speaking with Tatiana.
I just had some questions about if my payment had gone through to my creditors or not. Turns out that it had.
I also had some trouble logging in to my account, and she helped me with that, as well.
I had trouble changing to a new password, but one of the "live chat" agents named Robert helped me with that. I was ultimately able to login to my account.

As a small business owner for 20+ years, I've always made it work and been comfortable. My mother passed in 2018 and I took 7 months off that year and it took a major financial toll on my business (although I was blessed to be with her). I did some research and found Consolidated Credit and have been overly impressed. I was skeptical and didn't trust the idea of consolidation and keeping my credit score, etc. safe and it's been amazing. I'm very thankful and would recommend them fully.

The service was amazing and so was the program. I paid off $32k in 23 months thanks to the program. I was originally supposed to pay it off in 6-7 years but with their help I was able to be aggressive because they slashed the interest rates from 22-25% down to 10-12%. One card even had no interest because of the program. My credit score is up since the start of the program. My credit score is above 700 now. With the help of the program and other factors I refinanced my home and started saving $800 a month. Thank You!!!!!!

This is the best debt resolution company I have used, but is not without it's gimmicks. All of these debt companies enroll you in a borderline fraudulent "money-saving" program to earn you discounts on things, but the plan costs are usually $29 per month, and the discounts require much familiarity and effort to utilize, and so it is really just a $29/month waste of money. I canceled this program immediately after I realized what it was, but opting out isn't simple, you have to call customer service. I may have misremembered the price. Debt relief is about paying down debt and saving money, not spending money. Most of the things in the "money-saving" program are not essentials. They are not saving money on utilities, or any grocery store or gas station, but online fast fashion and other things that no one needs.

Consilidated credit help put my life back on track. Taking all my credit bills and merging them into one bill made my life so much easier! I changed my spending habits because of the great help on consilidated credit! Even when covid-19 hit, they were helpful in understanding this difficult time and deferred one months payment. My experience thus far has been great. The process was fast and seamless. I worked with Colette and she was great. She was very courteous, calm (which is important when you’re overwhelmed with debt) and reassuring. She came up with a plan to help my husband and Me get back on track!
I also worked Erica in the customer solutions department. She was great! She facilitated my orientation to make sure I further understood the program and when my payments were coming out. She was friendly and very helpful!

I had a great experience with Consolidated Credit. They were very attentive, helpful, and working with me to make the plan work for me. When I realized my debt was way above my head they helped me, renegotiated interest rates - many creditors changed the interest to 0%, some reduced it significantly.
I started with way over $49k debt and now I only have about five months to go and be debt free. This will save me a huge amount of money and a lot of stress. The biggest thing is that their plan helps you to put your effort in order so I could see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Nothing much to write except that Tatiana was very courteous, pleasant, and able to share what I needed to do to change my banking information. It is very nice to hear some gentle voice considering what I had gone through with my checking being hacked and then closed. All that I had to do was very stressful, therefore, I thank Tatiana for making my phone call very pleasant. Again, thank Tatiana for the information needed to fix my checking account number so there wouldn't be any interruptions with my payments.

Customer service is always friendly and when I did have a problem I was contacted and Tom stayed on the phone with me answering questions and going over everything in detail. I do wish that I had someone like him from the beginning to navigate the setting up process as it is confusing. In the beginning when they are negotiating with creditors and payments are just starting to get paid, there will be a period of time where your credit score will drop as consolidating all debts into one may cause you to miss a payment on your cards. It will get caught up, but you have to weather the setting up period. You will still get notices from your creditors even though your in the program from the beginning and your creditors may take time to update your statements online to show payments made even though Consolidated did make the payments. So be aware of that and if you are unsure call Consolidated and they will call your creditors even with you on hold to make sure payments are being made. They did that for me and Tom gave me a call and explained everything. It cleared up a lot of anger and confusion I had. The starting up process is confusing while you learn what is happening, but once you are in the program, it is worth it. It teaches you to use cash and not credit while it clears up and you do become better at managing your debt.

Henry, the Client Rep who contacted me, was extremely helpful. He identified my need and explained and executed a change which I requested to increase the payment made to my last remaining credit card account. I have been a member of this program since 2014 and have paid off multiple credit accounts over the years. I incurred most of this debt when I purchased an FHA repo'd house which needed a lot of work. My home is now worth over twice the purchase price, and I am just about debt-free thanks to Consolidated Credit!

Peace of mind I spoke to Rae and she assured me that it was the right thing to do my anxieties started to go down and I was more at peace I spoke to Abby she assured me everything will be taken care of she told me about the product and how to handle my situation and to have her be able to respond my concerns it was gratifying that I was able to be transparent with a person that I understood my situation now I can sleep in peace knowing I have the right console and someone looking after my interest thank you so much

So far, I'm amazed! I was only seeking info, but I immediately signed up. In one day they have reduced my monthly payments significantly AND reduced my interest rates on three major, high debt, high interest credit cards to the point that I can have them paid off in four years. Previously, with the ridiculously high interest, I would have paid until I die (no joke; I'm 74 now)!

I just spoke to Wanda T. She has been the only one that has taken the time to review my account and helped me get my accounts up to date being the fact I have been sending my monthly payments in two payment due to a life change event. I have called various times and no one but her has taken the time to disect my accounts and try to get all the creditors back on track. You should have her train others how to help your clients.

Consolidated Credit helped me get out of a dire credit card debt situation without jeopardizing my credit score . They lowered my payments 60-80% and my interest rates fell from appx 20% on the cards in the program to rates between 0% and 12%! My payments actually allowed my balances to go down because I was able to chip away at interest AND principle!! Consolidated Credit actually made it possible for me to live my life and avoid bankruptcy. And working with the company was easy and stress free. I'm incredibly grateful that my debt is PAID OFF!!!

Consolidated Credit Source helped me out of a terrible bind. I had bought a new house, charged for new carpet and furniture, and lost my job. They spoke with each of my creditors, arranged a lower interest rate, and consolidated all those debts. I made a monthly payment to them and they distributed it to each company. Now my bills are paid off and my credit is coming back up.
