We had no choice; we started approx. 2 years ago with Consolidated Credit Counseling and were given over to Consolidated Credit Solutions. We were told this should be seamless and if so, I see no future issues with Consolidated Credit Solutions.

They are pretty quick except some of the creditors are taking to long to respond to the proposal and the payments are still pending but overall terrific.

The dip in my score was not mentioned when I asked the cons of signing up, so I would have appreciated all the facts so as to make an educated decision. All in all though, I'm glad I use CCC.

They're good at explaining how they work with the creditors. I just don't like the added on fees for making payments. Wish it was just the 25 dollar monthly membership fee and nothing more.
