Greatttt!!! Have reduced my credit card interest rate. Not only that my credit score finally went up after 2 years of being in the 500s. Ive been with consolidated for 3 months now and my credit score is now in the 600s. I am just so happy. It does not stop you from opening credit cards but the main goal is to reduce debt.

I appreciated the program. The staff was kind. I first used the automatic deductions from a checking account, however I ended up doing Money Order payments by the end. I could control when the money orders came out, which was helpful. The only thing I hated was looking around for the address to mail in my payments every month. There was not a quick email to reference the payment address, nor could I find it on my account. I had to look in my email to when I first started the program.

I have no complaints so far. Everything was explained in simple, easy to understand terms and anytime I have a question or concern, it is addressed in a timely manner. The customer service representatives are always friendly and very polite, yet knowledgeable and easy to understand.

My nerves were through the roof because I thought you guys closed my Kohls account without paying the last payment but Tatiana assured me it was paid and confirmed that the account is now closed! I was calling to report thatI was able to pay off two creditors. Tatiana was very helpful. She told me which account the two minimum amounts would now go and I was very satisfied. Also, I reported that I had updated all my accounts .
