They helped me with my overall debt but I was not informed properly of the time frame that the program would end. I was told my debt would be cleared in four years but I'm actually set to graduate in 5 years. This should be explained more clearly for future people in debt, who wish to get help from this company.

Due to the amount of time it took and interest and fees being accrued with creditors and fees charged by FDR, even after the "50%" reduced debt I ended up paying the same amount I would've just paid to the creditors. And my credit score didn't benefit in any way. In short I could have just closed the accounts and paid off the balance myself and benefited more. I wasn't going to bring this up but I was sent numerous emails asking over and over so there's my experience.

Process is taking longer then expected. FDR has helped as far as making me save money to pay my bills, which I love, so soon all my bills will be paid. It's just going very slow for me. A great program for some but not for me!

FDR is so helpful and compassionate. I do recommend them. They were with me every step of the way. I was able to accelerate my deposits and there were some hoops to jump through to "graduate" early. In addition I have not graduated from the program... so I hesitate to give a higher rating until all is complete. Thank you.
