My experience has been good except the fee. I managed to raise funds personally without FDR mobilizing any funds on my behalf yet the fees collected remain the same. I wish there will be some discount if I was able to pay off on my own

There is NO assistance on how to contact 2 settled accounts which have not sent out 1099-C. My requests receive the same "canned response" with the add on of contact IRS. All we need to complete our 2019 taxes is a way to contact these accounts. Surely they have a phone # which we are not privy to. Last year received one on 4/13 letter and form dated 01/31/2019 and envelope the type which did not get postmarked. HELP below reflects this issue with a boost for great service on all other matters

It has been my experience that you should try to pay more than what they budget you out in the beginning. I have had two (so far) debtors to sue me and want to take me to court. However with being said the lawyers they ask you to get in the beginning are hands on it! You just have to go through the humiliation of a constable showing up at your work. Thankfully the constable was nice and told me if it's too good to be true then it is.

Taking the money from my account is great. However on the flip side I had to shut down answering my home phone and my cellphone. Both phones are constantly ranging from 7am till after 9 pm. I called and was told this is something you go through.
