We didn't want to file bankruptcy so that's why we chose them. They've been doing a pretty good job on paying everything off. They will also provide lawyers for us if we needed to go to court so they've been very good to us. They've kept us informed on our progess and how it's getting paid off.

They have been able to negotiate pretty much all of my accounts. Every single time that I calle they answer right away they never make me wait. It's kind of confusing, after three months is when they start keeping you updated. I can go online and see my account, and they send me texts whenever they need me to approve something. Everytime that I've called there's someone always available and if you have any question they always answer you and they can get back to you with the answer.

They have helped me out immensely and have taken care of just about all of my obligations. They kept me updated with email at all times. I never had to worry about anything going wrong. They are honest and work very hard to make sure everything is taken care of.

Customer service has always been courteous and they have always been available and been helpful with this any questions that I have. They do what they say they're going to do. If there is a problem, you're not sure or something, you can always go on online or if you call them up you get an answer right then. I made a good decision. There are couple of companies out there, but I didn't feel good when I talked to them, so I went with Freedom. They are doing great.
