They get back to you in a decent amount of time. They're available by phone but email takes a little bit more time to get a response back, but it still is a decent amount of time. They would explain what the offer was and give me the option to accept that or decline it. I'm very happy with it so far. They get the creditors off my back. They've already helped me get out of my debt and get my finances together. They've been supportive throughout everything. They were very helpful creating communication between me and the creditors. It is very honest and they ask you before they actually do something.

So far, they have negotiated with my debts successfully since March. They notify me immediately as soon as progress is made on any of the debts by way of email. They're fairly accurate and they follow through on their promises.
