You were doing great clearing off my debts until the last two. Once I provided the money to clear the last ones in March 2018 all progress stopped. Then the one went to a lawsuit with TD Bank, only then did a settlement happen. I sincerely hope the last debt is settled before it goes to a lawsuit again.

SCAM! After 1 year with FDR they settled $4529.24 of my debt for $3,132.97, however, after their "fees" I paid a total of $4,353.85! Not to mention they over-paid the settlement amount on 2 of my accounts, accounts that were settled are still showing balances due on my credit reports, and after "finishing" my program in June the are still trying to with draw $ from my checking account for "monthly service fees" for July & August AFTER the program was "completed!" Take my advise and settle directly with the creditors!

Be careful when you try to enter the program, the person that contacts you lies about fees and how much you're go8ng to pay, also be aware that you will have to pay taxes over the savings that you're do g so overall you'll be saving a lot less of what they tell you and your credit score is absolutely drowning, don't recommend it at all, very untruthful people

This has been a nightmare experience, having been in the program for 3.5 years and close to making my last payment i find out this has and will negatively impact my credit for 7 years regardless of making settlements with your creditors. It is a waste of your money to go through this program. If thinking of going through a debt settlement i would advise you to do it yourself, educate yourself on the laws and save yourself alot of hassle and money.

Well it seems good. but after 3 months of payments. and authorized two settlement offers. they paid 2 debt collectors 10 dollars a piece and have taken 372 for a fee and 155 for another. see my point. I was mislead. that fees were the last thing to get paid. And this is on small accounts. So i get a letter from one of the companies. I am going to be sues. This is a scam service. Very misleading. I in fact think I can sue them for fraud.

They were able to reduce my debts, however their sister company charged 24% almost as much as the credit cards and more than a few. I would not do business with them unless they lower the interest rates for future resolutions.I had credit cards that charged 14% but the rate was NOT disclosed and borders on being a blood sucker.

This is the worst company and biggest scam ever. Do not call this company if you need help resolving or minimizing your debt. They tell you they will reduce your debt and then try to convince you to "borrow" money from their "sister" company. Then they prolong your "debt negotiations" and extend the amount you have to pay. You are going to pay more through them than to the original company and your credit score will be tanked. You are better off filing bankruptcy at this point.
