For this reason, a personalized debt settlement program will be created for you based on your current financial situation. The creation and execution of your debt settlement program will be overseen by ClearOne’s dedicated team of professionals. When you work with ClearOne, you will work with the following professionals:

Free Debt Relief Savings Estimate

If you would like to know how much you could potentially save through ClearOne’s services, you can get a free online savings estimate on the company’s website. You will be required to provide your personal contact information and an estimated amount of your current debt. After providing the necessary information, you will be contacted by a ClearOne Debt Specialist to talk through debt relief solutions.

A debt relief savings estimate won’t have any impact on your credit score**. And your initial consultation with a ClearOne Debt Specialist is obligation-free and free of charge.

Simple Debt Settlement Process

The ClearOne debt settlement process is simple and the ClearOne team will do most of the work on your behalf. The ClearOne debt settlement process includes the following steps:

  1. Consultation with a Certified Debt Specialist
  2. Enrollment in ClearOne’s debt settlement plan
  3. Make your first monthly payment into the program
  4. ClearOne begins negotiations with your creditors

It is important to note that before ClearOne’s negotiators begin working with your creditors you’ll need to accumulate sufficient funds in your program account. The reason for this is because ClearOne may be able to negotiate a better settlement for you — ClearOne’s goal is to get your creditors to agree to accept less than the amount of debt owed. Thus, the more money you have in your account, the more favorable settlement you may be able to get.

No Upfront Fees

ClearOne doesn’t charge any upfront start-up fees for its debt settlement services. You won’t have to pay any settlement fee until a settlement is arranged, you’ve approved the settlement, and at least one payment is made towards the settlement.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

ClearOne’s debt settlement services are backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Thus, if you aren’t satisfied with your service and/or settlement, you can stop service and get your money back.

Online ClearOne Advantage Client Portal

ClearOne makes it easy for clients to manage and monitor their debt settlement program, as well as their debt settlement progress. The portal is available 24/7 and you’ll have access to all your account information.

I have canceled my account with ClearOne because they were not working with all of my creditors and they were taking a lot of money for themselves. I have contacted them numerous times about getting my $439.91 back that's just sitting in an account. I keep getting the run around and they say they are refunding my money but it never shows up. There are definitely better companies out there that are non profit!! Update: I opened a case with the BBB and they refunded me $170.95 but they still owe me $268.96 and refuse to give it back. I have screen shots of my account that shows what they owe me. I am still in a battle to get my money they stole.

I have never seen such disgrace, banks are no different from these. I have been paying $1013 monthly to them for 3 years. So far they have paid off my debt to 2 banks, one of which I still owe to. it seems! They paid a total of $7000 to the banks I owed, and I paid the rest of my payments. They took it for themselves. My agreement with other banks was canceled because I could not make the payment for two months. Now they say that they will make a new agreement and that they will repeat what they took from me with new agreements. What I'm saying is, don't get involved here, they will cause you nothing but harm...

PLEASE DON'T SETTLE WITH THEM 😡😡👎👎👎 I'm just another unsatisfied customer who got ripped by this company. They were so nice with me, "understood" me, and answer quickly any call or message . Now, the man that closed the settlement, never has answer me again ; NOBODY returns or answers the messages or emails. I was going to give them a BIG FAT ZERO, but they negotiated 2 REALLY-REALLY SMALL accounts. I've been there since the first week of October 2022, my credit score went down drastically, and I have 3 accounts they haven't negociate. I wish I had the money to settle this by myself, but they took advantage of my desperate situation. 🤷‍♀️That's why they told me NOT TO ANSWER any calls of the creditors.🤦‍♀️ That's why Justin wanted me to review the company the same week, but I don't do that. I wait to see the results.

This was the dumbest decision I have ever made. Enrolling in this program. I haven’t been able to get an apartment or a car, it’s been over a year since I enrolled. Nothing was as expected. This is one of my biggest regrets of my life, top 2. First they make you default on your payments to get started, they told me I had to stop on at least 2 months — I was so apprehensive, I should have listened to my gut, but they have superb sales tactics. After you enroll, it is very difficult to get someone to talk to, last time I tried, it took 4 hours. Also, they settled one of my debts without my consent or knowledge. Still don’t know what is being done about this, it’s so hard to communicate with them. Also, their proposed settlement comes out to about even from when I first started the program bc of the debt, interest, and penalties I incurred from the required nonpayments. I spoke to other people in similar situations and they dealt directly with their creditors to work out a minimum payment that they could afford. You don’t need to do this program — it’s made my situation so much worse 😔

I don't know why the company is telling people to post positive reviews. Must be cognitive dissonance. Employees of this company must be in denial or delusional. This company has deceptive sign up practices. This probably is due to people being on commission. They will charge you 25% fees on all of your settled debts so if you had a credit card that had an APR of 15%... Well, you do the math. Sure, the overall balance may be lower but you aren't going to be saving much after all those fees. Also, they don't tell you that you're holding account charges you a monthly fee, they also charge you check fees, they also charge you phone fees. Want to contact someone, you're going to get voicemail. Leave a message, you won't hear anything back. Write an email, maybe 4 days will pass before you receive a response. Your accounts are settled? Great! You may have to do the settlement process on the phone three times before it "takes". Representatives have a nonchalant "it's all good" when it's not good at all. Are you good at credit and finances? They won't be impressed.. they will act like they know more than you. I'm still in the program and I get upset about it almost everyday.. check out the better Business bureau complaints. Check out the better Business bureau one star reviews. they are multiple, multiple detailed paragraphs from poor people that have suffered because of this company. Then check out the five star reviews. Consist of one sentence. Maybe too. These five star reviews were probably left after they signed up with the initial "recruiter". And don't get me started on the negotiators... They think they earn 25% of your money for being on the phone for 6 minutes with a credit card company? This is what happens when corporate greed takes over. If you can't pay your credit card bills, just let them lapse for a few months and your credit card companies will reach out to you trying to work out an agreement. You will be better off. You may get harassing calls everyday but eventually, they will come to some sort of settlement or agreement. As for this company, it needs reform. Needs better management. It needs to lower its fees. It needs to be more transparent. It needs to cut out the bogus phone fees and check fees. A lot needs to improve. Stay away. Take my misfortune as a lesson for you. Really shortly, here is my experience. I tried to contact them via email, they take 5 days to respond. I have to repeat myself all over again. I call on the phone, I get a voicemail, I leave a message, no one gets back to me. I tried to log in with their online portal and my email address doesn't work for 4 months. I write five separate times saying it's still not working. They say they are working on it. They are not working on it. I get an email saying that I have a settlement offer. I reject the settlement offer saying that the percentage is not good enough. I get another letter saying I have a settlement offer when they did not receive my original response saying that I rejected it. Then I get a good offer, I accepted, I go on the phone with the negotiator and do the settlement process. It's recorded on the phone. It does not take. It does not go through. We have to do this all over again two or three separate times. I finally get all of my account settled which is great however, on my major account that is the majority of my debt, they only saved me a total of $756. now, add up all of the phone fees, the check fees, and the monthly fees for the holding account, and I'm going to wind up owing more on that account than I did to my credit card company. The only way this company could make it up to me is if they split their fees in half and took away the check fees. Who in 2022 sends paper checks to credit card companies? This can all be done electronically. STAY AWAY or get out of it's been less then 30 days since you enrolled BUT make sure you get it in writing that your account was canceled and you were refunded. As for me? Wish me luck.

Lets start with the 100% money back guarantee. THIS IS A TRAP! No debt can be settled in 30 days if you're not ALREADY 90 days behind on the debt. Even then it's borderline impossible, so a 30 day guarantee is a way to provide a false sense of security while they pocket the change. After speaking to an attorney, it was made clear that I was avoiding the laws of common sense. They also say if you don't see a savings on your first account... well it's easy to do it right the first time. It was the SECOND one that made me question (explained below). With 8 accounts being submitted in July of 2021, they were very excited to call us daily to confirm our interest in their program. Since July we've just received our 3rd settlement payoff (it's March so 7 months later) and they're having "trouble" processing that. Between the 2 that have been settled we've saved roughly a couple hundred dollars with one of the accounts netting a savings of $7 after they took out their FEE for the "negotiation". I'll let you determine if it was the first or second... On my enrollment package they show an estimation of over $15k in savings, but at this rate, they are going to have to work MIRACLES to settle the remaining accounts and meet that goal. They have you pay a large payment monthly to build the account where they'll take their fees and the money to pay off the other bills. It may buy you time but not enough to outweigh the fees you'll pay. All of this to still incur the credit damage and constant calls from creditors. If we had done it ourselves, we would be in the exact same position just without an annoying middle man that calls 4 times a day for 1 authorization and then escalates each call to have someone tell you that their phone operators don't know how long it takes to process one authorization, so we need to do it three more times just in case... I will send you the recording if you don't believe me. If you're gonna take on the debt, be prepared to have the conversations with the creditors. It'll ACTUALLY save you time and money. ClearOne Advantage gives you a false sense of security when you're stressing to pay bills; with incredibly drawn out results (lingering on the time your credit is being destroyed), and then take the majority of the settlement difference to pay themselves. Ultimately, you could just settle yourself and pay them directly as I did in the past. I wish I had done that this time, but now I know. If you've ever settled a collection/debt in the past then you already know you can. Do it again when you need but don't pay someone else to do it for you. You don't win.

BEWARE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. NO MATTER HOW BAD YOU FEEL YOUR SITUATION IS THIS COMPANY WILL MAKE IT WORSE. THEY LIE MISLEAD AND ARE DECEPTIVE. THERE WILL BE NO SAVINGS, THEIR GOOD FAITH ESTIMATES ARE NOT EVEN CLOSE THEY ARE LIES. THEY POCKET MORE MONEY IN FESS THAN THEY PAY TO CREDITORS THEY WILL SETTLE OVER AMOUNTS ENROLLED, YOU WILL END UP SUED. THEY COMPLETELY IGNORE AMD NEGLECT CREDITORS WHILE THEY TAKE THOUSANDS IN FEES. ITS SICKENING. THEY HIDE THE SETTLEMENT INFO AT TIME OF AUTHORIZATION, THEY WANT YOU TO BELIEVE YOU ARE APPROVING WHAT THE PROJECTION WAS,, NOT THE REAL SETTLEMENT. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATED AND HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE DAMAGE THEY DO TO A INDIVIDUALS FINANCES AND CREDIT. WHAT EVER YOU DO, DON'T ENROLL WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF WITH BANKRUPTCY, NEGOTIATING ON YOUR OWN OR DOING NOTHING IS BETTER THAN PAYING THESE CROOKS.

Don't fall for it. This company, and any other credit settlement company, is part of a parasitic system that preys on consumer fear and ignorance. If you find yourself in debt, stop making payments, tear up scary notice letters (which is, by the way, the same thing that COA will ask you to do once you enroll) and start saving as much money as you can. Their process is to wait until accounts are charged off, so they can "negotiate" with collections agencies. It behooves COA to get a high amount settlement so their 25% fee is higher for each account. Their contract states that as soon as you make even a SINGLE payment on that settlement, their service and accompanying fee has been rendered in full. No refunds, see ya later, don't let the door hit you on your way out. The negotiation process that they charge THOUSANDS for is the same process you would do for yourself, by sending a registered Debt Validation letter to your creditors. The forms for these letters can be found on the internet, and advice for this process can be found on reddit.com. Search for "Debt Validation Letter" and go from there. The process will cost you the consumer $5 for registered mail plus the cost of paper and ink. Often these days, credit collections agencies that have bought your debt for pennies on the dollar will contact YOU offering settlements, because they want even just a slight return on their investment. The original creditor has already written off the loss for their taxes. Long story short,STAY FAR FAR AWAY, save your money, and do this yourself. You can handle this problem on your own without the predatory sales agents of this parasitic company coercing you into signing away years of your income to pay exorbitant fees for something that is essentially free to you.

Do not work with this company. When I started to work with this company all of my payments to my creditors were up to date. I foreseen the hardship that I was going to come to and called clear one. They advised me for $934 a month they could consolidate and get all my accounts closed. They did not contact any of my creditors to advise them I was consolidating my debts. They called me after 5 months advising me I would need to put $5k in my account or one of my creditors would go to collections. In 5 months they have only made 1 agreement with 1 out of 4 creditors for a payment plan. I have given them over $4k and they say there is not enough money in the account to pay the payment plan they agreed to. Now it has been 6 month and one creditor has gone to collections and another has filled a lawsuit against me due to the fact clear one never contacted them. I called them to advise I would not be doing any further business with them and I was advised since they made a settlement with 1 of my creditors that I would owe the the full amount for the settlement. This company is a joke. I wish I had found these reviews prior to hiring this S#!T company. Do not go with this company. They are criminal.

ClearOne is no good. When I first started with them they told me a 2 to 4 year plan and a monthly payment I have been paying for almost 2 years and they barley made a dent in my debt. I get a call that I qualified for a new program with new America credit which is a 3rd party loan place that they will get all the funds up front pay my debt and I will make payments to them. I get the contract and I finally see their fees for ClearOne which were astronomical I called due to one of my creditors don’t allow to speak to debt consolation companies and I had to pretend on the phone they were a friend to get it settled and I called about the fee since I had to do most of the leg work and I got know where to have the fee reduced I call every day and oh someone will call you back and I never hear a response. They don’t work well with understand issues or situations that arise and will pass the buck as soon as possible. I was on a 4 year plan and been paying for 2 years now moving to their third party company they are tacking on another 5 years so instead of a 4 year plan I am in on 6 year plan and no movement. This is not a good company and unfortunately I am stuck but if I can save anyone from this is recommend it

Clear One Advantage is a scam!! Stay away from them!! I was lied to by there representatives. They told me that I would not have to fall behind in payments and signing up with them in their program would not effect my credit. After three payments had been withdrawn from my bank account and I realized my accounts were going into default. I called them and cancelled my account with them without having approved any settlements with any of my accounts. One month later and I still have not received my refund of $967.00. I continue to call the customer relations and they continue to give me the run around and they lie to me and tell me it’s processing and should be in my account within 3-5 days. So furious!! They are liars and misleading!!

I responded to a web link from a google search for assistance with my debt. The next day they started bombarding me with phone calls and text message asking me to respond to a telephone number that didn't work. I have credit monitoring and learned immediately did a hard inquiry on me without any warning damaging my credit further. When i stated to whoever was texting me that I wanted to speak to a manager regarding the matter as the telephone number did not work I received a response stating "Contact Discontinued. Thanks" I have filed a complaint the Consumer Federal Protection Bureau seeking damages.

SCAM.. Do NOT trust this company. We were with them just under a year and now we are worse off than we were before signing up with them. I sent all letters to them from credit card companies like we were told and they did NOTHING with them. So then I was sued by 2 companies. After ignoring one offer from a different company I am now told they request the full balance. Then I found out that CO did a stop payment on a check for one of our accounts which in turn cancelled our settlement and now that account is charged off and they want the full balance, of course this was after CO took all there fees. And I am sorry but taking $1000 in fees and paying less than $100 on an account is ridiculous.

Do NOT get involved with ClearOne. This is a SCAM!!! I would give no "stars" to ClearOne. I paid them up to $450/month for 19 months and they settled ONE account. That's over $7,000 that was scammed from me. Communication with them was difficult. They would send email after email (every hour) saying they wanted to communicate with me, but I would have to hold on the phone forever when I tried to call them. I finally told them to text a number I could use to call them back. Nine times out of ten they didn't have an offer at all. They did not meet my expectations as was laid out in the beginning of our relationship. Their fee was 25% of EACH account. By the time the debt was reduced and their fee was added, the amount I owed was often more than it was when I turned it over to them. I fired them and had to file bankruptcy.

They literally ruined my life! I had excellent credit but I was overwhelmed with too many bills a month and I left my job to be a student full time and tend my daughters while my husband took on the full load. They took advantage of that and sold me a freaking paradise. Well fast forward 6 months later I am getting sued by two of my creditors when I was assured that won’t happen. Plus when they finally reach a settlement with one creditor I finally see that they keep 25% for themselves. They don’t tell you that lol they avoid the question as long as possible. I cancel with them and ask for my remaining balance which they said of course will be returned to me. I get off the phone and receive two separate emails of two separate withdrawals they are gonna do from that account stealing MORE money from me. Ow they don’t answer my calls or respond to my Emails. DO not do this program, please. Save yourself. Save up money and do the settlements yourself.

I called my back and showed them proof through emails with me trying to contact the customer service rep who was so quick to get me in but wouldn't respond when I wanted to cancel. They are horrible. I had all my debt paid off by my family members and now I can't use my cards. Excellent 'SALESMANSHIP", then your are trotted off to the Customer Service gits that are never, ever on the same page, do not even know which book they should be on(if they are even on a book) or even the same room, same time frame or same state or planet. What is the path to Hell paved with..? The one star reviews are out of pity. Then you get the CSR that get their kicks from mentally abusing you for your vulnerabilities (financial of course) and maiking you jump through flaming hoops over flaming pits- the entire process is nearly a constant blaze- to get anything done. Guess what, nothing gets done. That being said, my account never ever got off the ground. Had to sign the same form six times (I stopped at six) and attempted to fax a document 33 times, all failed. Went into the office with the documents and....spoilers, the whole thing got ruined and up the spout. Reddest flag ever to GET OUT! If those are not warning signs that they cannot perform simple office tasks- HOW IN SOD can you trust them to settle debts? Are they savants, negotiating geniuses that hold staplers to their ears and cannot figure out the function of a paper clip. I did not want to stick around to find out. IF you have all the time in the world to watch them like hawks, the patience of a holy saint and are not picky about the truth... try them AT YOUR OWN RISK. If not, life is too short to mess with this company.

RUN....DONT WALK...RUN from this company. They have a wonderful sales pitch but once the program begins you realize that if they reach a settlement on an account they collect 25% of that settlement as their fee upfront before paying the creditor. I had a $14k settlement in May 2017 and as of today ClearOne has collected $2600 for their fee and the creditor has been paid $200. They do this same process for every debt they settle. They tell you they will resolve your debt in 33 months or so but that is impossible when they keep taking their fees up front. It is impossible to build your bank account when they continually collect their fees and then they call wanting you to add more funds to your account so they can pay off creditors more quickly.....this would be funds in addition to the agreed upon monthly deposit when you begin the program. Additionally, they only correspond with one creditor at a time and they ask you not to speak with your creditors. The problem is that if I don't speak with my creditors and they are only approaching them one at a time as they settle, most of your creditors are unaware of your participation in this program. They quickly point out in all of the 21 pages of disclosures that they do not offer legal advice. However, you will need legal assistance when your creditors have not heard from you nor ClearOne Advantage....and they sue you in court. This company practices predatory business procedures and should be shut down. Again, RUN FROM THIS COMPANY....I wish I had seen a truthful review like this before we got taken for $2600.00.

Filing bankruptcy is a better option. This company will quickly try to get the negotiations done instead of trying to actually take care of you and get the best deal for you. They already have a fixed amount they charge you so it doesnt matter to them if you pay more than the quoted amount, additionally to settle accounts earlier and tell you in order to do it you have to pay extra up front, but will come off the back end, when in actuality they will add up to adding onto the back end. I could write a medium length dissertation on why to avoid this company. Take my word for it, run for the hills. I've been around the block. I'm experienced when it comes to credit and money management. I had a bad financial situation and health issues and decided to go this route. They are dishonest, unethical, and verging on immoral. Seek another alternative. Review is asking me to submit how much money that the company saved me but there should be a humongous asterisk next to that because of their unreasonable fees which they take out before they start paying your creditors.

Don't think any of the reviews are true. Here's mine. They're great at the beginning and you think you're good until you realized that not all companies have to work with them. I ended up getting sued by one of the creditors during the program and I pretty much did my own negotiations for other companies that didn't want to take part. So in the end, I got screwed and was in a worse place than when I started.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROGRAM. Wish I could give no stars. They took money from for years for a creditor that 1) they didn't reach out to and 2) that had already settled the amount without them involved. I now cannot get in touch with anyone or receive a phone call back. They took thousands of dollars from me and are being very deceptive when it comes to refunding my money. This company is very unprofessional and deceitful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I thought about using them to help with a few things hanging on my credit but I ran in some financial issues and was not able to move forward so I called left very specific reasons for not being able to complete my sign up which I was reinsured that if something came up ALL I HAD TO DO WAS CALL AND THERE BE NO ISSUES!: NOT ONLY WAS A PAYMENT TAKEN OUT BUT 4 PAYMENTS AND 2 $1.00 CHARGES OVER $60 DOLLARS AFTER I CANCELED SO BE AWEAR OF YOUR BANK FUNDS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY LOST MY SERVICE PERIOD!!! TRUST ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING!!!

Do not use ClearOne Advantage they do not negotiate with all creditors at once meanwhile creditors sue you and take you to court. I had two such creditors do this I ended up having to pay the creditors more than the original debt. ClearOne Advantage take their 25% fees more than payments on settled debt. Their accounting and reporting is terrible I have been trying for three months to find out where an additional $500 was applied to. If you can go somewhere else.

Clear One Advantage messed up with my account, while I was making on-time payment to them for years, they were not transparent ( or kept lying ) they missed payment to my creditor and had to go through the settlement process 3 times, they damaged my credit , worse than bankruptcy. they should not be allowed to stay in business , I am sure I am not the only victim of their deceitful lies.

I have been very frustrated using this company. No updates, ever, then they call and want me to take a debt consolidation loan. I had received a letter from the credit card company offering a lump sum payment and called them since I had been paying for a while and they claimed my account was short, gave me a run around and did not attempt to negotiate a payoff. Everything is about “ graduating” from the program, but I am still making payments with no results and no accounting of what is going on. Do not use them!

Don't even want to give them 1 star, please do not fall into the trap of this debt relief company. They are in it to make money and do not care about getting you out of debt at all. Most 2 years in with them they had paid themselves over $8000 and I was sued by 3 credit card companies and they settled some accts with payment arrangements of only $5 a month while I paid ClearOne over $1000 a month . Steer clear and do your research.

Don't trust them. They'll say anything in order to get you to sign. Very pushy sales process. They wouldn't even hang up the phone unless I signed their contract. On top of that, they offered minimum explaination of their process. I canceled and the lady told me I was going to be reimbursed which was a lie. Turns out, they're taking my deposit for themselves. Overall this is a very shady company. Please beware.

This company is a trap and lies to you!! Do not fall for their lies. This program will TANK your credit(mine dropped 100 points in 2 1/2 months!), it does NOT end creditor phone calls, and even if your creditors try to call them to negotiate they don't call them back! Oh and don't forget their fees.... THEY'RE RIDICULOUS!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! RUN AWAY!!!

Initially, I was advised there are no additional fees beyond the settlement commission. There are many fees that quickly add up. It is very difficult to get a person on the phone to discuss your account UNLESS it is to accept a settlement with a creditor. Ultimately, I terminated the program and took nearly 10K from my retirement account to pay off the negotiated accounts. 7 weeks later, they have NOT settled the accounts, continue charging fees and I cant get a person on the phone - calls not returned. I gave NO cause for this lack of contact. AVOID this company!

Absolute garbage company. basically tried to have me purposely miss payments and avoid/lie to my creditors for a certain amount of months so i can be "eligible" for their program all while paying them in the mean time too. Seems like a HUGE SCAM, i didn't even make a payment and i opted out. Then once i tried to opt out or cancel it they put me on hold for an hour and i FINALLY got in touch with someone and they tried to talk me into going with the program and said he needed to gather info to opt me out and put me on hold for another hour. VERY SKETCHY, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

You can email 30 times and will never hear back. There great about telling you not worry etc. i read the reviews and was going to pull out but there sales person told me not worry. Once they get past 30 or 90 days your screwed. If you need to settle debt go else were.

I went with clear one , biggest mistake. I didn’t even get past getting anything settled or started. I paid 389.00 for 4 months. They settled nothing. So I canceled, to go another route. They took all the money from my account. Before it could be returned. They got me for $1200.00. They didn’t deserve a dime. Don’t let them take your money. TOTAL RIP-OFF. Also they want answer or return phone calls.

After i looked into the program more I decided I wanted to cancel before it even began, I didn’t know where their money was going etc.. so I called and cancelled. They send me an email everyday saying this is a cancellation notice so call us if you’d like to cancel. I’ve emailed, called multiple times, and even talked to an online chat person and they do not get the memo nor will stop contacting me about cancelling. I want to cancel I have been telling them for weeks. It’s extremelt frustrating.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They wait as long as possible to negotiate with creditors so they interest (and therefore their fees) can be as high as possible. They give you excuses, are shady with creditors (have you call them saying your "friend" is going to negotiate) which made me extremely uncomfortable, and they make it next to impossible to cancel your account in a timely manner. My decision to use there services was a horrible one that I regret, don't make the same mistake!

Not out for your best interest!! They only settle the easy ones and let the jards cases go to litigation. It was easier for me to reach out to the debt collection companies and solve my issues. All they care about is your monthly draft, plus lots of additional changes.

The whole experience was horrible. When starting the process they try to say whatever you want to hear to get you signed up. Then they promise/ gurantee certain results. They completely lie, nothing has come true from what was originally told when signing up. Very expensive, and very manipulative! Don't Trust

Stay away from this company! Horrible customer service and a rip off. They only are worried about their fees! They could care less about the customer and it shows! Don’t let them scam you into their service! I’m contacting the better business bureau to file a complaint against these assholes!

There is nothing I like as my dislike for the customer service has shadowed any possible positives. They charge too much, leave you on hold, cut you off or simply do not respond to multiple requests. An agent told me today to just reply 'stop' to the messages. What if they are real settlement offers???

I filled something out online at 4:00am. The next thing you know they are calling which is against the law to call that early. Just because i fill something out at that hour doesn't mean to call. You still have to follow the law.

I filed my notice of cancellation well before the 3-5 day notice period, but was still charged, and overdraft fees were incurred. They are very bad at getting back to you, and don't follow through with actions very well at all. Any company that can mess up financial situations as simply as a stop payment should not be trusted.

Fraud Fraud Fraud!!! Period!! This is a fraudulent company.. They tell you a dream and when its time to take care of your loans they dont answer and give you the run around and when you want to cancel they tell you they've been paying and different people have a different story as to why you can't get it back.. BEWARE!!
