I made a monthly payment that was held in an escrow account to pay off the negotiated balances over time. The communication throughout the process was excellent - Century Law Firm kept me promptly informed about the progress on all of my accounts. The only minor issue I encountered was that the program ended up taking a year longer than the initial timeframe. However, this extended duration was necessary to ensure all of my debts were fully resolved. The extra time was well worth it to achieve a successful outcome. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service and results from Century Law Firm's debt resolution program. The program has been working great for me. Before starting the process with this company I read hundreds of reviews. Some other participants seemed to not fully understand the process so they did not feel it was worth it. I’ve been in the program o almost two years and have had many accounts settled for much less than what I owed. It wasn’t ideal to even be in this position but life happens, the economy changes, etc and as a single parent I was struggling terribly with debt. However, Century took a lot of time answering all of my questions (I’d written down a lot of questions), they’re always available and communicative. Even at times where there was no progress, they promptly replied to give me updates on what current accounts they were working on settling. You will have access to your ledger and you can keep track of payments being issued to creditors, your reserved balance all is accessible to you as a client. My credit score had plummeted by at least 70 points when the process started. And now I’m almost back to where I was just with less derogatory collections. I’m very satisfied with how this company shows professionalism and how they uphold their commitment.

I must say that Century has great professionals working for them. Everyone I’ve talked to has been polite,understanding and very professional. We were drowning in Credit Card debt and even tried to work with them to lower their rates but they wouldn’t even consider it. My only alternative was to search for a company that could negotiate for me. The high ratings from Century law firm and testimonials led me to them. I’m totally satisfied with the way things are going. It’s been rough your credit score will take a hit for a while while in the program so be prepared. It will be hard to borrow money for about two years for things like cars and such. So be prepared to go that long. It will slowly turn around. Be prepared for nasty letters from creditors and when the come the Century team handled it and made me feel confident all was fine. I would recommend Century law to anyone needing help to escape from the clutches of Credit Card dept. The relief I felt knowing it was being handled was worth tons.
