I am enrolled in Century's 48 month program, with 9 months remaining. I received notice today that I will have to stay in the program for 25 more months (16 past my original contract). I understand that the contract that they gave me at the start was an estimate, but going a year and a quarter past my original end date is unacceptable. Everything that I was told at the start of the program was that they plan for the worst, they have experience and that if anything I might get out of the program a little early. If you are going to enroll in their program, understand that anything they tell you is an estimate, and that things can always get worse.

They have helped me very well so far. I have been dealing with Chosen who has answered all my questions that i have had and given me very good and positive information about how things are being taken care of by Century Law Firm. This has been very helpful. Keep up the good work.

I’ve been a customer since March and received my first settlement letter today for a 55% reduction in the balance on my largest creditor! I’m very satisfied with their customer service representatives!

So far I have had no issues with Century Law Firm. They readily addressed any concerns that I had and were very reassuring. Two of my accounts have been paid off and they are in the process of settling other accounts.

They are still in the process of negotiating with our creditors, but they keep us informed of all progress made. We have never had any problems with communications, some one is always there to answer any questions.

The firm performs as advertised. They make the uncontrollable controllable. Kye Easy makes each difficult step just seem like a doable process. I highly recommend the firm.

For reference, I am a public school teacher. I cannot fully articulate how much I wish to protect other people from the nightmare that has been my experience with Century Law firm. Please, please, do not use them for your debt consolidation. It is a racket, pure and simple. I have been embroiled in this mess since 2020. I have made my monthly payments. I have been told on 3 separate occasions now that my payments and commitments had been met. Each time they had this excuse and that additional account and this additional payment that had to be paid, and I must have misunderstood. I have a degree in English and a masters degree in Education. I promise I very much understand what is being explicitly told to me, but the fact is, I have been lied to, multiple times, as they dragged out the end date multiple times. My mistake was not tracking names and dates of people I spoke with, because this law firm lies. Please do not make the same mistake I made.

The law firm has a team of professionals to assist with my debt consolidation and trusted because of the law firm. I would recommend the law firm to my family or friends.

Century law firm has helped me tremendously..they have kept me updated on the progress of my account..Have always been friendly every time I called with a question.

Century Law Firm is the absolute worst law firm I have ever dealt with. I started off the program with almost $49K debt. At the end of the program, I paid a little over $42k, after they promised that they could get the number down to $35k. Any time I have called in, I was always given a “we will call you back by end of day”, and then I’m chasing them for an answer over a month afterwards. I could have understanded if that was a one time thing, but it was every single time. They promised that any negotiation that was put in front of them that was not at least 50% of a savings that “Until Client authorizes and approves any such settlements, no payments of any kind, including any monthly minimum payments, will be made to Client’s creditors on the accounts…” (contract section 12.a.iv.). That was NEVER adhered to, I was never contacted to agree to anything prior to them making payments. As soon as I saw a payment come out, I immediately called them and asked for the settlement letter. There were even some settlements where they agreed to a number that was more than what I owed. I was promised that they would work with my creditors to negotiate the amounts. This only happened on one account, the rest of them, they waited until I was sued by the debtor to do anything. I even turned down one of the settlement propositions and they accepted it anyway against my consent. Don’t even bother calling in asking how much is still left to pay on the program, they have no idea. Even after all of my accounts were settled, I’m still 2 months into asking them what the exact amount is that I have left to owe, and no one can tell me. I’m taking out a loan with someone else just to get rid of them. I would file bankruptcy before I ever even considered dealing with them again.
