I just read a reply from owner of Century Law Firm that said we weren't ask to pay until Nov. Of 2022, that is not true we are still paying them and our credit score are not better than it was before we started with them. I have all my record to prove it.

We are certainly concerned to hear of the client's dissatisfaction with Century Law Firm and the program's term length. Our records show that all of the client's debts have been resolved. The client was not asked to pay through Nov of 2022 as claimed. The client graduated from our program, they saved significant sums of money on the debts they enrolled in the program and it is Century's assertion that their credit score is higher now than when they began the program. It is our assertion that the program has met and complied with the terms and conditions of the signed agreement. Our goal is to ensure that all enrolled accounts are resolved for our clients so that they may receive all of the program benefits. During certain points in the program, we are waiting for funds to accumulate in your account to complete meaningful negotiations with your creditors. We are unable to confirm any settlement amounts until we have met an agreement with your creditors. We are happy to discuss further or explain your file in detail and can be reached at 800-381-1806.

I've been a client for a couple years, at first the customer service and communication was great. The past 6 months it has been absolutely awful. I've been given bad information after bad information, and have had unanswered emails for over a month now.

There are times during the program when there are generally not many updates to share, as we are waiting for funds to accumulate in your account to complete meaningful negotiations with your creditors. Yes they are settling my debts for less but taking the rest in very high hidden fees! I’m 44 of 48 payments and not even close to being done! We know other clients that at the end of agreement time they add 6-12 months more payments! We don’t recommend using Century.
