I have paid into the plan $16k if I am reading this report correctly. It appears that only 8k has gone toward my debt and the other 8k has been going to the firm. I can't get anyone to call me back to go over this report. Meanwhile one of the creditors they were working with has slapped a $6k lien on my home. So even though I have equity in the house I can't sell it. You sell your services on your great customer service but I continue to get letters from my creditors which I fax to Century and still no one calls me back. So, that being said, do your research and read every line of your contract Before you sign.

Century Law Firm needs to provide ongoing status and feedback on a regular basis. I received no communication after 11 months until I finally contacted them. I actually received a couple of letters from one of the creditors first offering settlements before Century Law Firm had even began to work with them. As a result, I sent them the offers and within a few days, Century Law Firm and the creditor agreed on a settlement. I should not have to bother Century Law Firm to get moving on our case since we have been current on our regular monthly payments since we first began working with them almost a year ago. Century Law Firm needs to do better.

Very disappointed with the service received from Century. Was in the program for over 4 years and only 44% of the accounts were settled. These were settled at 78% of the original value. The reduction was not at all what was promised/expected and their fees exceeded any reductions. They wanted me to stay an additional period which I rejected due to the poor performance from their team. Additionally, my bank account was garnished due to their lack of response to the opposing law firm. It is also very difficult to get a call back or information from the their team aside from leaving messages with their customer service team. Overall, I do not recommend Century Law Firm for anything.

I am enrolled in Century's 48 month program, with 9 months remaining. I received notice today that I will have to stay in the program for 25 more months (16 past my original contract). I understand that the contract that they gave me at the start was an estimate, but going a year and a quarter past my original end date is unacceptable. Everything that I was told at the start of the program was that they plan for the worst, they have experience and that if anything I might get out of the program a little early. If you are going to enroll in their program, understand that anything they tell you is an estimate, and that things can always get worse.
