I have been working with Century Law Firm for 14 months now. When I came to them, I had a significant outstanding debt balance over 10 of my active credit card accounts. During the 1st year of my relationship with Century they reached a settlement agreement with 6 of those 10 accounts with an average reduction of 51% of the original balance owed. I remember reading on the internet how Century Law Firm has a reputation and a credibility with many creditors and banks which helps them successfully provide better settlements for their clients. What Century has accomplished in the 1st year of my relationship with them proves to me they are the Real Deal! And, I want to make Special Mention of Sabrina B, a Customer Support Specialist with Century who has contacted me about the settlements they have gotten for me. She is extremely pleasant, very personable and took the time to explain these settlements in detail, including answering all my questions and concerns. Taking everything into consideration, I am extremely happy with the choice I made to enter this program. And I would very much recommend this program to anyone who is struggling with debt and doesn’t know where to turn or how they are going to get out from under.

Our debt situation had gotten out of control. Bankruptcy was not a good option. Century Law Firm worked out a loan restructuring plan where we paid a certain amount each month for 48 months, and this payment was much less than our total credit card monthly payment. They negotiate with each of the creditors for a reduced payoff amount, and at the end of the term, all the cards are marked as paid.
My credit score took a steep dive a couple months after starting, which was expected and is one price of doing a debt restructuring. But, after this is over, I should have a strong credit score.
I would recommend retaining at least one credit card for emergencies or travel during the restructuring.

Century Law firm has saved me from when I fell behind on a sizable credit card debt, multiple notices from collection agencies, and other law firms attempting to take me to court regarding behind payments. They have dropped my total debt from over $30,000 to just below $10,000 in under four years.
With Century Law Firm helping me put things back together I've seen my destroyed credit from a lot of youthful mistakes take positive jumps over the years. With their assistance I've avoided bankruptcy and have been able to rebuild my life financially.
Their entire staff is quick to reply through all types of communication and are willing to work with me on whatever comes up regarding changes to my plan and even modifying payments if needed. I always receive immediate updates when something changes within my account and I'm always aware with what's happening with my account from their end.
Coming to Century Law Firm for help was the best decision I've ever made.

Century Law Firm is the best when it comes to resolving debt. There customer service comes second to none, and the way they have helped with my debt is just magical. I have several credit cards and they have managed to cut down what I owed to some of these by 50%!! The highest has been 65% and this is just amazing. Century Law Firm has definitely removed a ton weight of my shoulders and have saved me thousands of dollars! Any time I have questions they always respond quickly, and my most favorite part is that they keep me updated through out the process. Superb experience and I highly recommend then for anyone looking to get out from under their high interest debt. While I know that doing settlement required me to hit the reset button on my credit, I didn't have a choice since I had maxxed out my borrowing ability and int he process destroyed my credit. So starting over again without filing bankruptcy has been a really good decision for me.
Since enrolling, my credit score has actually improved about 60 points, I've decreased my debt by over 40%, and I'm making monthly payments I can afford. Century is managing this all for me 100%, all I have to do is ensure that my monthly payment is in my account, which they debit by ACH. They then make the payments to my creditors they've negotiated with.
I was somewhat nervous about this at first, but after weighing all my options (bankruptcy or settlement) I'm happy that I was able to get decent settlement arrangements in with my creditors who were also happy (for the most part lol) to get some of the money back instead of nothing at all (which bankruptcy would have done) and some have even allowed me to keep my credit cards (at a reduced credit limit).
If you find yourself at the end of your credit line (literally) then I can recommend speaking with Century about your options. They can help you with a loan (if you qualify), bankruptcy (which I'd avoid) or settlement (which I recommend). They'll give you unbiased advice you can rely on at a price you can afford.

I chose to work with Century after a 'big name' settlement company essentially did nothing but take payment from me. Having had that bad experience I was a bit skeptical (and somewhat rude) at first but after a few calls and looking around online at other feedback decided to give them a try.
I'm really happy that I did.
The staff at Century has been polite, responsive and professional. It's been a huge relief being able to refer creditors to them, to have them deal with collections, and negotiate my debt. They've been fantastic.
I really recommend anyone that's at the end of their credit rope to talk to the team at Century even if you've spoke with other big name companies or had another offer come to you in the mail, you'll be glad you did.

Did exactly what they said they would do. I had over 50K in credit card debt and I just finished the Debt Resolution program. Every team member I dealt with was very helpful. Thank you for all the hard work!! Debts were settled and though credit report took a hit (we were told that would happen) but stay the course and trust the process. CLF has provided incredible support to us over the last few years & we've had many reps helping us along the way. Natasha with Century Client Support in particular has been excellent. I like talking to her she's a good listener, seldom puts one on hold, and when she commits to follow up on an issue she can't handle; once she has the answer she communicates to close said issue.

Prior to starting my process with CLF I've read several reviews. You have to trust the process. The process is the negotiation between your creditor and CLF and your commitment to make payments on time. Therefore, your payments can be made to the creditors. I needed to contact them the other day regarding one of my accounts and it was pleasure speaking with representative Trina. She was very kind and patient with me and addressed my request in a thorough manner. I have always had a good experience so far and I have been in the program for 2 years now.
I can strongly recommend this company and its representative are doing wonderful job taking care of clients and explaining things at each step of the process.

With the help of the staff at Century my debts have been fully paid off and I am now totally debt free.
