The last settlement took two calls and my uploading document of settlement that Bank of America mailed to me for the portal status to be updated. The last rep Icalled told me that they were having problems with website was the reason it wasn't update to the current status.

I felt like I was somewhat pressured into doing this. The gal that I talked to was nice and pleasant. I had two bills I didn’t want involved in this process and they wound up being included. And I have since found out that there was another route I could’ve gone. I have not felt good about my decision. I worked hard and it took a lot of years for me to build up my credit rating and now it’s plummeting. There is a purchase my husband and I would like to make and we cannot accomplish that because of my plummeting credit rating.
