I had to give all my bank info before I had access to the app that showed what all my debts were being settled at and compared to what I paid I could have settled with the banks directly and saved so much more money.

They lied to me. I told them I wanted to consolidate and settle then put me in debt settlement. When I realized this, I told them I wanted to cancel, they kept transferring me to a line that would hang up on me. Digusted with this company!

TOOK MONEY OUT WITH OUT PERMISSION CAUSED N Y ACCOUNT TO OVER DRAFT OF 36 DOLLAR FEE I HAD ALREADY CANCELED THIS AND THEN TO GET REFUND IT TOOK 15 DAYS TO GRT MY 25 DOLLARS BACK BECAUSE THEN WAS TOLD THAT 10 DAYS AFTER THE DECISION WAS MADE TO REFUND MY 25
