I had to give all my bank info before I had access to the app that showed what all my debts were being settled at and compared to what I paid I could have settled with the banks directly and saved so much more money.

Keep in mind the information viewed in client portal is projection of what we anticipate a negotiation will be based on previous settlements with that specific creditor. The true settlement will become available after a negotiation has taken place and you are presented with an offer.

They lied to me. I told them I wanted to consolidate and settle then put me in debt settlement. When I realized this, I told them I wanted to cancel, they kept transferring me to a line that would hang up on me. Digusted with this company!
