The only gripe I have is that when I tried to cancel, I was disregarded (put on hold for 40 plus minutes, no response to emailed cancellation). If I were in a diff condition, I'd use them.

I don’t appreciate them taking money from my account without my consent. I was understanding that I would be making the payments, not them taking the payments from me . I want my account canceled immediately. I’m thoroughly not interested or happy. It’s a very misleading company.
