Unfortunately, creditors will use all sorts of tactics to try to guilt or bully you into paying and getting back into the cycle of paying their extremely high interest. However, getting calls from your credit card companies is a natural part of the process. While this may not be ideal at the moment, it is actually a good thing - it’s a sign your debt is aging, which means creditors will be more willing to negotiate and your program is moving in the right direction.
