I don’t appreciate them taking money from my account without my consent. I was understanding that I would be making the payments, not them taking the payments from me . I want my account canceled immediately. I’m thoroughly not interested or happy. It’s a very misleading company.

TOOK MONEY OUT WITH OUT PERMISSION CAUSED N Y ACCOUNT TO OVER DRAFT OF 36 DOLLAR FEE I HAD ALREADY CANCELED THIS AND THEN TO GET REFUND IT TOOK 15 DAYS TO GRT MY 25 DOLLARS BACK BECAUSE THEN WAS TOLD THAT 10 DAYS AFTER THE DECISION WAS MADE TO REFUND MY 25

They do not consolidate your debt right away. Respond to them asap but ignore your creditors. Having to talk too many different people to accomplish the same goal. Yes I stayed this up front

I also have received no communication but when I do call then myself they ask me to contribute more money. That’s all they want is more money. Meanwhile my credit has been destroyed and I’m fielding constant calls from creditors.

Americor cancelled my account without authorization and kept my funds stating it was for fees I accumulated. They mentioned on multiple calls there would be no fees for canceling but went ahead and charged fees and cancelled my account when I clearly asked for information only. They even had in the notes that I had not cancelled.

I've been paying americor since November of 2022, all ive got so far is ruined credit, my credit score was up to where I could get credit noe it has plummeted to the low 400, I wish I never fooled with americor...bill collectors call me all day every day now, ...I'm paying my part, I don't see where they have been doing their part.

Settlements have taken much longer than implied, this not only dropped my credit score but also have had credit limits on cards dropped by hundreds of dollars, this is upsetting because we had been working very hard to raise our scores up over the last several years. Would not recommend anyone do this.

I have uploaded documents I have been doing my part and yet no communication is happening on your end I have tried calling and texting numbers provided and nothing in return. I have gotten calls from collectors and have told them what you have told us to say and yet they claim NOONE has tried to contact them about negotiation or settlement etc.
