Customer Service After asking questions about my account, the agent unexpectedly transferred me to another person. I had asked a question in regard to lowering my settlement fee and the agent responded, "Well it could be". The answer should have been either yes or a no. Thats when she disconnected me.

1 star is beeing kind. Sadly after speaking w a great guy I believe this to be a great and smart option. Sadly after speaking w a financial advisor I was advised against it. Called guy back and ended up being transferred and spoke to 4 different people. Still not cancelled. Will gladly leave similar reviews on all platforms

i found americor very decieving they make it look like a loan at first give you amounts and payment plans that you think your applying for once you get involved in program to make long story short i felt i was applying for a loan and it turned out to be americor debt settlement company.
