Mr. VonMeister MO

I was with Lexington Law for approximately a year and 6 months. In the first few months they succeeded in dropping 5 items off my credit report. But for the remainder of the time I was with them I was completely dissatisfied. I paid them around $59/month for the following year and nothing happened with my credit. Eventually another item was taken care of but it's nothing like what they stated when they sold the membership to me. They said that the after a year, the majority of negatives should be gone, and I gave them well over a year and never got above 45% of all items removed. Just not thrilled with their service at all. Not for what I paid.

I went through Lexington Law for about a year and a half the first year they did OK they got a few things off of my credit report the last 6 miles I was with them they did not get one off my Credit report I tried to contact him several times they just kept saying they would review my case and send out more letters but that never happened so I canceled them so as far as I'm concerned they did a good job the first year they will take your Money after the first year I would consider getting away from them because they will just lead you on and keep telling you little son no more letters and more disputes but they will not do anything so I gave them approximately $700 for absolutely nothing the first year they charged me 1400 $ so needless to say I was happy the first year but I thought they took advantage of me the 2ed year . I am currently going through ecredit attorney , they jumped on my case very quick they are not even half the price of Lexington Law and they move really quick

I tryed Lexington law in 2015 and was not happy, first issue I had was a girl mock me and made fun of my voice and ask me if I was 16 after she had already taken my info including birth date. Lexington law is very slow. My plan had the max to send out letters to companies that were on my credit report and Lexington law was only sending out the bare minimum that was so wrong they could of done more which I was paying for and they took advantage of me and decided to basically Steele my hard earned money. I do not recommended Lexington law they are frauds and Liars! DO NOT USE LEXINGTON LAW, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

horrible. I stated I needed 20pt credit jump in three months- THe rep. Stated that would definitely happen. Stated a third of my negative items would be off in three months- that would be about 6 or 7. After two months I cancelled because I only had one item removed. The initial rep. Stated I would pay a startup fee of like 19.99 or 12.99(can't remember) and then monthly payments of $99. When I went to cancel they told me I would still owe for another month because the one $99 I paid was the fee!! And the smaller charge was to pull my credit report(which the first rep also lied and said was not an actual pull). They Would not remove this extra money I now owed for them doing NOTHING and did not have the recording of the initial rep to go back to! Would not waive this even though it was their staff that explained it wrong and the 1st rep even told me if I cancelled by a certain date I would not be charged anything! Keep your money NOT WORTH IT!

LEXINGTON LAW: THE UNDEAD VAMPIRERIFIC PROGENY OF GARTH VADER I can only be thankful, that by some statistically incalculable incongruity of the currently acceptable politically correct force de jour, that my children were not here at home, when, the ghost of Lexington Law's harrowing episodic experiences past, oozed it's fetid gunge through the unsealed crevasses of my abode, in order to foul my ambience with the vulgar scent of its heart of darkness, alerting me of Lexington Law's cowardliness, by which to impale the nature of, what was, just moments ago, my familial wellbeing. Months ago, having expressed my chagrin and antipathy for the antagonistic behavior of Lexington Law toward me, I insisted that my, so called account, be closed and my funds be returned to me and my children. This request, no, this demand, was cunningly and irresolutely circumvented, all the while Lexington Law appeared to acquiesce, it was deceitfully engineering yet more pain and suffering to perpetrate on myself and my family. THREE MONTHS…….TO THE DAY on which I last spoke with Lexington Law and my money was returned to me.......was my ability to provide for my family ambuscaded by Lexington Law AGAIN!, when…..another $99.95 disappeared from my checking account. And yet once again, have I, IN GOOD FAITH, called to the dog that snatched food from my baby's very hand, to return that which is mine, ill-gotten by the greed of Lexington Law. We shall see.

Lexington law has helped me see how difficult it is to clean up your credit, when the banks don't want you to be to cleaned up.People can change, and their circumstances that caused that bad credit may have not been avoidable, as in my case was all caused by medical diverstation, not because of anything else.

Not the best help. So far nothing has been done except a weekly "nothing has changed on your report" email. Most of the email I get are from someone in India or Habab etc.. so not sure where they are farming this out to. Not fun since my social security number is out there somewhere in INdia. So far since they took over I have been receiving daily credit collection calls. Most of my problems were from 5-7 years ago. Now I have all these creditors after me - or the ones the first ones sold it too. The statute for my state is 5 years. These should have been removed easily. I cancelled after 2 months of my cell phone blowing up. Wont use them again

USER BEWARE I was using Lexington Law after my credit went down due to losing my job for medical reasons. I have always had great credit however unexpected had to retire sooner than I would have liked significantly reducing my income. Using them to remove some of the derogatory information such as late payments was time consuming and is a very slow process; fortunately for myself I do not need my credit for anything at the present moment and was willing to wait. What I am disappointed about is there is not personable relationship what so ever, with the exception of a handful of emails there is literally no customer service. The reason for my negative results is the overall billing practice, my debit card was updated with a new expiration date, Lexington Law tried to make and automatic draft and it did not go through. Without ever communicating this with me they immediately charged me a $19.95 charge, I emailed them and clearly expressed I would like to continue service with them however I did not feel the $19.95 was a reasonable charge. Again with NO COMMUNICATION with me what so ever they took my email and canceled my account with them, all work that had been started was immediately stopped. I am thankful however that the $19.95 and the lack of communication has resulted in my business going elsewhere with appropriate feedback left with the Better Business Bureau in regards to billing practice and overall customer service. ******UPDATED REVIEW****** Better Business Bureau of Utah Complaint: 10965897 I am rejecting this response because: On November 25th, 2015 Mr. Woolston of Lexington Law Firm did, in fact, reach out to me and proposed a refund of $49.95 as a “mutual resolution”. A response was sent to Mr. Woolston on November 26, 2015, with an agreement to the resolution as long as the refund was honored. However, to date no refund has been issued by Lexington Law Firm nor do I believe one was ever to be initiated. This is nothing more than a calculated response from Lexigton Law Firm in an attempt to save credibility with no intent on making good on its “mutual resolution”. Sincerely, Larry Long

Where do I start? I was very disappointed with this company. I had signed up in January and stayed with them till September. I haven't seen any change in my scores, they weren't very helpful. I wish hadn't wasted so much time with this company. I was paying for services i wasn't even receiving. Lexington Law is truly taking advantage of their clients by banking on their history in the credit repair business and not good customer service.

I hired this law firm to help repair my credit. I played 89 dollars a month for over two years. My credit was score only went up about 80 points, and they absolutely never contacted me about anything but each month they were always on time, deducting the 89 dollars 78 from my bank account. I still have the majority of problematic adverse credit listing on my credit report. I tried to contact them on many occasions..but to no avail. I closed my bank account , and then they called me to get payment..I terminated my association with them, and explained why. My credit score is still in need of repair. I wouldn't refer anyone to Lexington law for the purpose of credit score repair

I have had NOTHING but issues with this company. I found out I did not need the be with this company because I was receiving the same help through my bank. I called the cancellation line they gave me and I called 2 different times and was on hold for an hour, so I cancelled my card so I would not be charged. I used 2 different cards for separate transactions when I signed up, one of which was a credit card I specifically told the man I spoke to to NEVER charge again. Sure enough once I cancelled my card on file the credit card I said to never be used again was charged a late fee. Once I saw this I called AGAIN to have that cleared up. The woman I spoke to sounded so sincere and said that I would be refunded the amount charged. 10 days later still nothing back on my account so I called again and I told the man everything and his response was that there was "I wish what you said had happened but there was never even a file submitted for the refund." This company is very unorganized and only wants your money, I do not recommend it what so ever.

I've been with Lexington Law for going on four months now and they've only gotten one account deleted. They really don't tell you what they're doing, disputing, dv, goodwill letters etc. and when you email them to ask they send you form letters. There's no personal service, you can't really get any answers and they tell you it takes 60 days to get responses back. Any questions you ask are answered by a form letter. Annoying to say the least. For 99$a month I expect more. Also they are not bbb accredited per the bbb. I am probably going to cancel and try and find a more effective and effective agency if there's one out there. I wouldn't recommend. So the search goes on.

I hired Lexingtonton Law because I wanted high quality company for my credit repair needs. I saw removal during the second month and was impressed. I found the service to be seamless and automatic as I expected for paying premium price for the service. I was very happy with the service. However, as time passed and I continued to pay, I saw minimal results while continuing to pay hundreds of dollars. I called regularly and was told that they had "escalated" the request of removals. As time went on, this meant nothing with zero results. As time passed, I found myself frustrated and having to call during my lunch break to get updates only to get more "escalations" sent on my behalf. I ended up discontinuing the service because I found myself calling Lexington Law on regular basis to get constant updates with no results. If I wanted to spend time on the phone, I would have called to get the credit repairs myself. At the time i cancelled the service I was told I would still be charged for the month while services would end immediately. With that said, the total completion on my case was 5% which cost me hundreds of dollars. I do not recommend Lexington Law to anyone needing credit repair services. It is a high price to pay for minimal results. I wish you better luck than I had with credit repair needs.

Lexington law is no better than any other credit repair company, please do not let their sophisticated website and self gratification fool you. Lexington Law is not slow because they are thorough, they just want to rake in more money. I selected Lexington Law based on reviews, but mainly because I read an article by a Lexington Law associate claimed that removing Judgments were actually easier to remove than a 30 day past due. This was my main goal. After almost one year of no progress removing my judgment I contacted the company providing them with information of a class action settlement that I was awarded against the creditor that filed the judgment against me was not licensed in Florida. I asked Lexington Law to file a motion to vacate the judgment on my behalf and I would pay for this service. I was told that this was above the scope of there services and I would have to hire another attorney.

You know.....I keep reading how Lexington Law is wonderful. I was a client and a very unhappy client at that. I told the lady that I was working with that I will give it a shot and let them fix my credit. Well, at one point my credit was almost at a 600 and now it is down to just above 400. I have not had anyone check my credit for anything. When I did finally get to talk to someone they talked to me like I was an idiot. I found another credit repair company that is offering less money to fix my credit. This company that I found also offered to fix my husband's credit at the same time as mine for a lot less money and they don't talk to me like I am an idiot. I will not ever refer anyone to this company. I have bills to pay and I had to stop their services because a couple of unexpected bills have come up. They still took the $100 out of my account when I told them that I could not do it this month because of the bills. These people are not going to do anything except ruin your credit even more. I recommend running away from them and not get their services. There are other company's out there that will help you and listen to your issues for a lot less money.

They miss inform you from the start. The start up fee is the same as the monthly fee. When I asked them they stated it was one in the same and no additional fee would be charged. I could cancel before the next billing cycle. That claim was false I was charged an extra 99.34. When I cantacted them I was first lied to by 3 people. The last person I spoke to stated I was miss informed but I would not be refunded anything even tho I was miss informed. I used Lexington Law a few years back and they were well structured and fixed our credit fast. It seemed to good to be true. So when we had some unknown inquiries on our credit, we thought we'd try them again. The customer service was nice and friendly, but they wont let you speak to a supervisior when you ask for one. What happened is we got Lexington Law on July 31st. They charged us a $50 start fee for my husband and I and then another $100 in August for the month of august's services. We decided today (Agu 18) that the amount we were paying could better be spent on our credit card. So upon canceling they tell us we have to pay for one more months service even though we quit in the amount of time allowed in our contract. They told us we had to pay for the ONE form they sent on july 31st that is apparently a months worth or service...really this company cares more about the outragous amounts of money they take from you for virtually no service rendered. On top of that the 2 different sales people told me it would be $100 a month for my husband an I joint because this was part of a family discount they provide. I countless times asked if this was $50 per person and they said yes. Then when canceling the lady said no this event was a miss communication and its actually $200 a month for us both...seriously save your money get some second and third opinions for less. We learned most of what they offer we can do and did ourselves. Good luck...

I look at my credit report and some of the things they say have been removed are still there, and some really have been removed.. I have been a client since March 2015, the law firm told me that they could help with removing some of the bad remarks on my report. It's been 5 months and nothing has changed. Every 1st of the month they send you a email saying letters have been sent on your behalf to creditors. This seems to be a way they convince clients to continue the service for another month and another payment. If you have deep pockets by all means use them. If your like most of us I don't recommend them. Every time you call you get a different person who tells you different information. If you've had good success with them, go play the lottery.

I have them an honest 1 for the fact that there app was cool and easy. In terms of results they literally got 0 removals. Now before you immediatly think that I am a disgruntled person due to negative results please read the entire review. Upon consulting with Lexington law I told them out of the gate that I expected them to get nowhere with the creditors the same as I did. I told them everything I tried and how my results yielded a few removals but the rest remained. This is where they earn my negative review. They had this long sales pitch about the fact that they were an actual law firm and that it yielded better results because they could actually take legal action if need be and creditors will take note of that and that it is a scare tactic. Now that that is said about six months in I get a letter from exp and they asked if I was working with a 3rd party? I said no and then after the call I immediately called lex law to tell them what I said. They then proceeded to tell me that I absolutely did the right thing and to not ever let the creditors know I am working with a 3rd party. Do you see my point here? There claim of being a law firm to hold more voliidity with creditors actually has none because the creditors can't know your working with one. After this the nail in the coffin was when I waited another 5 months and emailed them asking for advice on how to go about possibly asking debt collectors t consider pay for deletion or pay and agree to no longer pursue debt. There response to this email was hilarious. I wish I could post it for you to read. The short of it basically was that i should consult a local attorney to do this as there could be legal ramifications with doing this. For the first time in my life I have my "hired attorney" telling me to go see a lawyer. If you can't find irony in that I don't know what else to tell you. Lol. Please also beware that once you hire them you will constantly here the same old tune. This stuff takes time. Let's wait another 3 months and then see what happens and if need be try other avenues. This all equals more months of them extracting hundred dollar bills out of you. Please conclude this long book to something this simple. There are other companies that offer the same service at 1/4 of the price. I know this because I checked it out during my nearly 12 month stent. Good luck

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! This company did help us with a few things on my husband's credit report, but the process was painful and slow. Customer service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. Every time I called and spoke with a paralegal they were rude and sounded like I was waiting their time by calling. Worst of all was their communication about policies. I called and spoke to a paralegal about canceling my bill and was told I could do so at any time before my next bill. When I called to cancel my account before my bill was due they told me that I could only cancel 13 day after my previous payment. I feel like the communication was terrible and the representatives were extremely condescending. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They're are better companies out there. Don't waste your time.

Be careful when using Lexington Law. I cancelled their service and was talked into stayng with them for two months free; this was for being a good client. After the two months passed, I again told them that I did not want to renew the contract, never the less, I was charged for the last month (despite being told the last two months were free). It was explained to me that they still had to charge for letters sent out on my behalf. Which led to the second problem. The letters that Lexington Law sent to creditors were sent to the wrong addresses, hence they were returned to my home address and never delivered. This was an ongoing problem for the last three months, despite the fact that I reported to Lexington Law that the letters were not being delivered, and despite me giving them the correct addresses each month. You may want to think twice before using Lexington Law.....and guranetees? They couldn't even guarentee deliviering letters to your crreditors. With a litle bit of research, you will find that you can do the same credit repair by yourself.......with the same results......for free.

Where into the fourth month now. They have removed one collection during this time. Done into the first two weeks. Pros- Consumer web page Info. on results, disputes and challenges. Easy way to upload your credit reports. Several ways to contact the company. E-mail,phone,and live chat, Analyzing your credit report info. Cons- No idea of what they are sending to credit agency's or creditors. Claims a Bank of america account has been closed on my account has not. Old CNBA account was closed done years ago. Some of the info. facts are not true. My credit score has gone down 30-50 points on each Credit report agency and has stayed the same last three months. Set out Challenges to Credit agency's have not received anything from Credit agency's. Thye have referred me to a lawyer's office at assoicate with Credit Attorney P.C. with is local and is tied into Lexington Law. Doesn't look like I'm going to continue with these people much longer. There becoming bureaucratic and not getting any results.
