DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ALERT! If I could submit negative stars, I would. What's the opposite of a star? Horrible and disrespectful customer service that argues with a potential client. Asking for my social without verifying their company. Heart-fully, defending their negative online results and over-speaking me while I'm trying to gain more information on their company. This is a clear sign that this company only go for low-hanging fruits internally and client-wise. I highly suggest TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They lied to me, I asked several times if family plan was $69.95 for all and several times he said yes, later I found out it’s $69.95 each and now they tell me it is $139.95 each, the guy that I spoke to on the phone never told me about that, of course they are attorneys, they now exactly how to screw you legally, tons of documents to sign so you don’t know what your getting in to, they may be good but they can do the work for a reduced rate, but they always take advantage of the situation, I’m really disgusted with the way they do because, shame on you…

After expressing interest in their services, my partner and I decided that it wasn't the best route for us at the moment. After blocking their numbers twice, they keep calling. And they CONSTANTLY call while I'm in meetings with work, but because they call from a different number each time, I answer. This is my last warning. If they call me again, I will be retaining a separate lawyer and pursuing them on a harassment charge.

Shady billing practice. They will give you 15 days to try their service, but the fine print says that although you'll only be billed after 15 days in order to not be billed you'll have to cancel with 5 days, which is preposterous and intentionally designed to catch you if you call to cancel just before they charge you. Also, you the website has no option to cancel your subscription, you have to call, which is ALWAYS a red flag.

Terrible experience , waited 7 months just to get the same results I had when I started. Wasted a lot of money when they claim they sent out letters every month but I’ve had literally 0% progress on my account. It’s frustrating when their services aren’t cheap and everytime I would call and ask for an update they would say the same thing , “nothing as of yet but we’re trying.” Would not recommend to anyone
