Lexington use to be a good company, used them many years ago with good results. now their prices have increased about $30 per month and now their customer service is outsourced overseas.. paid $129 in September again in October and now here we are in November with another payment due in a week. I canceled my account today so i do not get charged next week, was informed i will still be charged another $104.00. I received absolutely no benefit from using Lexington Law and my credit score has not improved..

As for billing, we charge for the work we have done up until the cancellation date of your service. You will be charged for your final bill on your regular billing date the following month. I paid the monthly fee for six month, and they achieved absolutely nothing. My credit did not improve it stayed the same. My credit report looked exactly the same as the day that I started. It was a waste of money that yielded no results.

Do not use them! They are a scam and will steal your money. I paid them for 4 months and only 2 items were challenged. When I called, they gave me every excuse to as why they did not challenge the rest of the items yet no one ever gave me a call or emailed me about it. They refunded me $130 and I closed my account after spending over $500 on their useless services. DONT FALL FOR THIS!

I am with this firm from 10/19, until now they did "0" even there are few paid off collections they didn't removed., and still they are unable to access my Equifax file (they saying some geographical error, but when i contacted Equifax there is no error and even i got letter from Equifax forwarded to Lexington) still they can't access my file, talk to several times to Customer Service, they are repeating same bs ! If i didnt see any result within few months, i am going to cancel the service.

*******PLEASE READ****** Lexington Law will tell you there are no fees to cancel. You can cancel at any time. I signed up on April 2nd made 1st payment. the first letter went out on April 14 called to cancel April 28 because we got a pre-approval for a mortgage and you can't have open disputes. they had the ”NERVE” to call it a final invoice. But when I asked before signing up it was clear you only pay what you're billed if you cancel before the due date. When you cancel they will say it's in the email contract. They should make that clear upfront! Very disloyal

Absolute trash! Disgusting! They claim that because they are a law firm they can do it better not true at all! I reported them to the FTC for charging upfront when they are not allowed to and for taking my money and not helping me out. I paid this trash of a company for 9 months and nothing absolutely nothing changed on my credit report. I started to do it on my own and what do you know? things immediatly started to fall off my report. BEWARE they will sucker you!

I never write reviews. This time, though, I am furious with this inept, disorganized, predatory business. Too many things bad to say. Nothing good, whatsoever, to elaborate on. Their pricing and approach are so confusing I could never figure it out. Instead of sending them any money at all, use that cash to light a fire in your fireplace. At least then you will actually get something out of that. This company is no better than the companies they are supposed to protect people from. Shame!!!

it is impossible to actually get to speak with someone. they will only call should they not recieve their payment on time!!! no updates, only waiting. they signed me up for the premiere service without telling me of other options. overall poor experienced. i am currently on the line waiting tonspeak to paralegal , and its been 20 minutes of listen to this stupid music.

I had a really bad experience with this company they Never fix my credit when I first got it they told me that they weren't supposed to take more than 6 months to see results in my credit it's been already 10 months without any results and I didn't have really bad credit history I only had five bad histories of credit now they're charging me for sending the send the same letters every month and they're not doing anything about it now I have to pay them just for mailing the same letters each month.

Once they get your money they don't want to talk to you. Put you on hold for over 20 minutes. Because of what they did my credit actually dropped 40 points in the first month. They go after insignificant errors on your credit report. They DO NOT remove hard inquiries. I'm not happy with their services.

This credit repair will be very slow with Lexington law. They dispute 1-2 items a month. They make it this way so you keep giving them money. Using Lexington law doesn't make your credit score better because you're using a company. You can dispute everything on all 3 credit reports on your own all in 1-2 hr's for free. You keep disputing till everything is off credit report. I took 50k in debt into 4k in 2 years without paying a dime. Once you see this is a money pit they charge you $200-$250 to quit. I would just do it yourself. So easy
