I really wanted to try Lexington law out but the guy I talked to on the phone was very rude because I didn't want to start up with him that day I called. Now I'm going with another company hoping I get good results. All because of the one guy I talked to. Hopefully he doesn't lose them anymore business....dont worry Lexington there is still hope. If I can't get any results from other companies I may try you guys.....

I signed up with this company only for a week. I waited and waited for someone to contact me and received no call. I've never done this before and unlike many others I felt completely lost. Then I began to have that feeling of I'm paying these people to help me and I was receiving no kind of help or ever calls from them. I canceled services. unfortunately for me according to them I called a day late and they will not refund my money. I hope this is helpful for others so it doesn't happen to you. Very dissatisfied.

I have been coustmer for over 2 years paying $99.00 Every month and I have not seen any changes to my repot in the past year. They will delete few items in the first year which some of them come back on the report and after that they keep your hopes up for the year after collecting $99.00 a month till you give up and cancel. I spent over 3000 dollars for nothing I don't blame them I blame my self for being idiots to believe there lies

Lexington law is a scam . I paid 125 a month for almost 6 months to repair my credit. And they did but as soon as I canceled everything thing negative went right back on my credit . the only way they can help is if you keep paying them. I ended up paying them almost the full amount of all my debit in question and I still owe that debit . my credit is actually worse then it was when I signed up with them . no refund no help just want more money . thieves.

Poor customer service. They did nothing for me for 5 months of paid service. They blame me on them not doing what I pay them for. There was no consulting. They just took my money and didn't do anything. Then when I wanted to cancel it took me 40 minutes on hold and 3 phone calls. One call they said they couldn't cancel the account because there system was down. Then I asked for a refund and they said no because they don't guarantee results. Don't waste your time with this people.

Do not use this company. They will auto debit their fees from your account every month and do very little for the money. I cancelled service and they still withdrew from my account. A year later they contacted me again about owing them more money. They refused to give me a itemized bill about these so called outstanding charges. In the end they turned it over for collections and now I will need to go thru the process of having this removed from my credit file. Beware of Lexington

Customer service is TERRIBLE. I've been trying for 4 days to have them send my cancellation letter and they keep asking why I need it.. I never received it and I need it, no questions asked. They've said multiple times that it's bee emailed to me and I haven't gotten one. I was then told that I didn't give them a good enough reason to send my letter. Will not be using them again
