I am very upset that I was told my fee would be 49.95 a month and then my husband for the same price however, was later billed 99.99 per person.. when I called they said it was only an offer at the time but that is not what I was offered. .Very upset and feel disillusioned.

Very disappointed the first phone call I made they gave me a discount on me and my husband which was never received reassured me the were going to take care of our credit and they were going to keep in contact never happened pull our credit reports never happened. I called them the following week to cancel because they broke their side of the contract and they still have not refunded me my money they took out of my bank which was more then they told me. I tried calling to find out why and I'm put on hold and hung up on!

Do not use Lexington law firm. I was with that company for 6months and my credit remains the same it's the worst experience I had ever had. Some customers service rep was nice and some was totally disrespectful after being with them for six months I asked one of the rep to close my case she told me your account will not be close and I am going to transfer you to the next que which she did so I was on hold waiting to get assists after a long shouting match between the customer rep and I it was going on for 20 mins. Worst mistake of my life using them. Never again

I was pleased with the communication with Lexington Law and I received information of items removed. When I pulled my credit report, my credit score was lower than what I initially thought it was and it was due to the score given was my Trans Union. I found out that Trans Union piggy backs off of Equifax and the items that LL told me were removed were still on my CBR. I was with LL for about 3-4 months. I am in the process of working with another company and they started with Equifax. So far, I've had 4 items removed off of Equifax and I've been with them for one month.

Very expensive and they made my credit worse than it was before I hired them. When I informed them of this and I no longer wanted their service they became rude with me and kept taking money out of my bank account 3 months after I told them to stop, they eventually returned the money but not without a fight. I had to get rude with them to get my money back. They were VERY unprofessional in regards to returning my money.

This place is always emailing me that they sent letters, i had to cancel after $500 in because not one result or deletion as was said would happen didnt! by the second month i was supposed to start seeing results! Not one result at the 5th month and i canceled and they still charging me for the 6th month, save your money i was paying almost $100 a month for nothing

This company charged me $99,00 for basically nothing. The sent out three letters on my behalf. Sent me information in the mail...16 page reports from each credit bureau telling me to fill about a bunch of forms after carefully reviewing each repot. This was the work they told me they would be doing. Also emialed them a coulpe of time because I had questions about their emails they sent me...no response! I also tried to reach them by phone several times, and no one would answer! Really poor customer service. I would never recommend them!

Seeing that Lexington has such high remarks and ratings confuses me. These ratings are the very reason we signed up for Lexington. I have been with them for 1 year and 4 months. I was told about the time frame, and understood it. But as it has been over a year, my credit is now in the low 500's, all three? I have new "bottom feeders" jumping in, I see where they have gotten a few creditors removed, but they are still listed in one or both of the other two. Or are re-admitted, I am ready to fire them, as I don't understand.

The agency started out ok but after 8 months with the same items being on the credit report and then brigking it to their attention. they just seemed fine with dragging their feet. i called them repeatedly about how they were NOT keeping up with their end of the deal. so after i spoke to them, they dropped me. no return calls or mail to explain their reasons on the drop. i spent over $1200.00 and all i saw was a 65 point raise in my score in 1 year.

This is just another scam lawyers have created to take money from you and do nothing. I paid $99.95 to start the process and was told I could cancel at anytime but they fail to tell you they will still take another $99.95 out of your account when you cancel. I have no evidence they did anything for me and never answered any questions I sent to them.

They robbed me for 112$. Said i had 5 days to cancel after my first initial 12$ paymemt... guess they got me good because they were closed for 3 out of 5 of those days, so obviously they didnt start a case for me, but wont refund my money. They never made me fully aware of their terms and conditions as my Internet wasnt working correctly and they just had me agree agree agree without explanation. And i never even got to speak to a paralegal. I paid 112$ to get signed up for a service they never started and i got no information about my credit report. These people are theifs.

After 10 months, they have only been able to remove 6 items from all three credit bureaus. However, I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and keep going. Last week my credit card was compromised and when I logged in today to input the new number, I found that they had cancelled my case and now wanted an extra $20 to reinstate it! This company is a ripoff!!!!!
