Lexington Law is a shady underhanded organization. I signed my wife and I up, spent over $100.00 and never heard from them. A month later they dip into my account for over $200, supposedly for services rendered. No warning, no explanation ahead of time. DO NOT use them, they are in the business to take your money and you can fix your credit yourself.

I used this company and paid 119.00 a month, they did remove some items, but they all came back on my credit when I was no longer with them. Also, they removed from one credit report at a time even if the same info is on all three. But I guess it does not matter if the information is not staying off after being remove. Now to add insult, my score did not increase. I should have been refunded but, I was able to cancel.

This company is the worst. I been with them for a few months now, and there was no changes made to my report. All they do is take your money and lie to you. They sent the same letter to all 8 company's 3 months in a row. Then on top of it was was told I was told that i will be charged 89.99 a month but was charged 109.99. THIS IS CRAZY!!!!!!!! run run fast away from this company.

I was trying to see what they could do to help me and they asked me if i could afford the 120 a month. I told them I have to speak to my fiancee about it and they hung up on me. No emails like they said and now they also have my social. They will only work with you if you commit to paying that 120 without hesitation, and I'm sure they want your bank/debit card information before they even try to help you. Seems like a scam to me.

I am cancelling my account today. I have not seen any removals since Dec 2017. I signed up in August 17; my first removal Oct 17. My credit seems to decrease then raise then decrease again. I have a bankruptcy on there that is over 7 years old. Lexington Law tells me it stays on for 10 -- although WA state law says 7-10 - this should be an easy removal it has been PAID in FULL! Then there are collections that are removed, only to be put back on again - hence the credit jumping all around -- pay the 120.00 a month its not worth the funds.

Worst company ive ever had to experience speaking with. We told them we didnt need their help, and they charged our card anyways, and now refuses to answer any calls or emails we send them. Also put auto payment on our bank without even telling us. Dont work with them, they have lawsuits out the wazoo on them because of cases like this. Definitley dont recommend. Wish i could give negative stars.

After Four Months, NOTHING was done by them, so I called and Cancelled!!! The only thing they did was send vague, poorly written letters to creditors. One was sent to the Same incorrect creditors address Repeatedly by them, and returned to me, Five Times ! After Numerous emails and calls, still no resolution. Please Don't waste your $$$! Very Incompetent!

I was with them for a few months.They removed a few items,a couple they said couldn't be removed.Funny,after i stopped using their service,i got a book,did my own work and had all my negative credit removed!! By law,once it's removed,the creditor can not put it back on your report or you can sue them and it's against the law to put it back on!!! Also know,no credit repair company can guarentee you anything,except that they'll do the best they can do for you!! Save yourself hard earned money,get a good credit repair book and do the work yourself. It's easier than you think!!!

They are a pure scam! I was paying hundreds of dollars for several months and instead of my credit score increasing my score decrease by over 100 points! When I call and ask for an explanation they gave me some b.s. reason for my score going down. You never get the same person twice, you to explain everything over and over to different so call lawyers. Not happy and never will I return to this thieving company!

I took I precise notes with the lawyer. And I specifically told him to retract my monthly payment in 2 weeks. 4 days later they took out my payment,and wouldn't give me a refund. Be careful. These guys are sneaky and can't be trusted. It's not right that they can do that. If you request that payment to be taken out. Have 4th hem immediately send an email stating your agreement. Otherwise the firm will not refund you. Never again...

You Never talk to the same person twice therefor you are constantly repeating things to them. NONE of them see your account the same way. And worst of All - They simply prolong things so that you are on the hook for months. Rather than sending out all letters that need to be send, they will only do a few at a time, this is how they keep you on the hook. Even the people that like this Biz knows that is true. They are only interested in your money, for sure not taking care of you. They should assign you to one person but you talk to Paralegal after Paralegal - You NEVER talk to an attorney.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First, I try to cancel my service and then over a month later they withdraw over $120. When I called to dispute the claim, they were very rude and would only return half. After much grief they agree to refund all within 3 to 5 business days. The next day they charge my acct for another $15 before they even issue the first refund!

Only used them for 2 weeks. Had to pay for the entire month ($115) and all they did was write letters to the creditors. A friend of mine used them and got letters back from the creditors saying they don't even work with or recognize Lex Law so you will be wasting your time. Check the BBB, they don't recognize them either. Most reviews say they tell you 30-45 days for initial results then keep dragging you along month to month. They told me that same thing so i decided to cancel. Still have to pay full for a full month.

Yes they are good at what they do their customer service is terrible and rude. When we set up were told one thing on how billing would be and never once did it happen that way they took more than what we were told would tell us it was fixed then do the same thing again. We will just go elsewhere. You may be good at what you do but if your employees are rude to the customers will definitely take our business elsewhere.

Joined this organization in hopes to increase my score. All this company does is trap you, they dispute accts. and get items removed for a short time. Creditors then place the item back onto your report taking your score on a coaster ride. This is why you have to maintain a 140 dollar membership. With all the money you give them you could have cleared your own debt.

Do not use this company. They charge you for something you can do free and they will charge you full price when you only have them for 8 days . I told them do not do anything until I talked it over with my spouse and when I told them I did not want to use them they told me I owed $119,00 . This is a big rip off.Instead of helping they will hurt your credit if you do not pay for services even if you do not use them.

i had a scam first premier bank credit card issue that debt was only $811 and i had thought i can solve this problem by LEXINGTON LAW but i was wrong since november 2016 im paying $119.95 every single monthi pais so far about $1080 and they still didnt solve my problem now im trying cancel my membership if i can that very difficult to reach them and cancel it. ill pay off this f...bank's credit card and try to get rid of negative situation on my credit score.........

I had canceled Lexington lawyers In may and they still took out my money even after I told them that I lost my job, they did not seem to care, a lawyer named Joel, I didn't get his last name but you know who you are, was not very nice and I only went from 508 to 513 in about for four months, There not that good in getting your credit score up, I want y'all to know that If will be on Facebook, I'll give you 3 days to put my money back in my account.
