Signed up with their premium service which is not premium. All they do is send form letters and it takes months. 6 months and not one item off my report. When cancelling they banged me for additional charge just to cancel. Very poor service in long wait times, service reps with little or no knowledge, no proactive advise on how to build credit and no results. Entire waste of money.

LL is a joke, I signed up June 2016. First month I had several negative items removed and was very pleased until the 3rd month came and every negative item that was removed had been put back on report. Here I am 7 months in and no activity for last 3 months. I contacted them and all they said was it takes time. Ime paying 119.00 monthly for nothing. Ready to cancel and battle this credit repair myself. Don't use LL they will string you along to get the monthly payment and give very little results. Waste of money.

Terrible service. I don't trust them at all. When ever I called with questions, they didn't know what they were doing. They claim all representatives are legal paralegals who can provide legal advice, when I asked questions I was told to talk to a real lawyer. Terrible. They claim you pay them and they do all the work. Not true. Just pay everything off, less hassle. And it is expensive. $99/month

When I first signed up with this company, they made a good sales pitch, but when it came down to it, they couldn't deliver even to the point of money back guarantee. You do all the work and they get paid. When you complain about the service they make it seems as though you didn't follow the process. I went around in circles with them and got absolutely NOTHING. No changes made on my credit, no improvement and lost $360. I would not recommend this company ever.

In 2014, i was with Lexington Law for 6 months. Paid $89 for set up fee, $10 for credit report pull up fee and $59/month. They couldn't even removed 1 negative item off my report. Then I cancelled my service with them and worked on my own. And was able to remove 14 items that raised my score by 116+. But there was 3 items that EXPERIAN keep refusing to remove. I hired " the credit people" and after 2 months they were able to remove all 3. Now my credit is 700+ with all 3 bureaus.

They are very slow in getting results of negative information off your credit report. Also they lose a lot of uploaded information that you receive in the mail that you send to them which I feel gives them an excuses to making any changes on their behalf even longer while all the time you are still paying your monthly bill.

I been with Lexington Law for 6 months, and they removed 2 item from my credit report but my score didn't increase how i would have expected with a total of 12 negative items only 2 removed.I question this and was told more dispute was sent out on my behalf to the same the credit bureaus which i could have done myself no credit validation or credit inquiry until i threaten to leave and offer me one month free. sent the same letters so i cancelled

BE AWEAR with this company. The sales person/consultant is a lier. Her name is Angel. She almost tricked me into buying the expensive plan, and told me it is not a commitment. She also lied about the rate, and told me that I can only start with the expensive one. I was lucky and my call got cut off, and I spoke to someone else. Finally, I still decided to go with them and got totally disappointed with their para legal, who asked me what I want to do, and didn't give me any advice. I closed my account immediately. I will NEVER do business with this company.

was not happy with the service. although they have a very easy to navigate website and they are responsive to your requests they were only to remove a small number of items from one of my reports. it may be impossible for any company to remove certain items or it may just be a crapshoot but it was a very expensive attempt. I would rather go with a company that will guarantee results than a company that seems to have an advantage but really does not.

Total waste of time and money. I subscribed to this service for 6 months and had only one item to be removed from my credit report. After paying $600 for six months of service that one single item was never removed. I should have just handed them the $600 and not wasted all the time constantly on the phone with them inquiring why my one item had not been removed. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Lexington Law.

I cancelled my service but was charged any way for another month. I was told that I got a $16.66 discount for cancelling. My credit score didn't go up that much and I cost became a problem hence the reason I cancelled which put me in a further bind because now there's an overdraft on my account. The young lady offered no help. I want be returning to them in the future.

They made a clerical error and didn't update both accounts. Didn't notify us that they closed one of our accounts. When we realized this they said we had to start all over and pay all fees up front again to reinstate the other account. All along our other account was be deducted as normal. They refused to work with us and admit they screwed up. Closed other account as well.

They do not mention that after they pull your credit report they will make you pay for the work that's done ,than you'll have to pay for your first month of actual work especially when you no longer want their service. The best thing to do is go through credit karma and get a secured card to rebuild your credit...Lexington law firm is the most Money Hungry agency id say don't do it plus they walk slowwwwwwww....... DONOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRUST ME!!

I spoke with a representative and got all the details, when I didn't want to go any further he got very rude and disrespectful. He kept trying to force me into the program when I clearly told him several times I'm not interested. He also took my 14.00 for my credit report and then told me he can't send me my report because I choose not to enroll. I paid for the report so I should be mine. I wouldn't recommend this company the way he acted I think I made the right decision, I really wanted to do some research then call back, but he showed me why I should not choose Lexington Law.

I paid Lexington Law over 2400 dollars and they never even removed a simple bank error. I had asked them to stop charging my account after 12 months and it continued for another 12. They agreed to reimburse me a little under 700 dollars and I never received the reimbursement. I would recommend looking for form letters and templates to dispute items for free and doing it yourself which is what I had to do after 2 years with them.

none of things they said they had taken off my credit is still on my credit 10 weeks later and there client web site doesn't give specific details on what they did really in fact my credit score dropped 50 points since I hired them and I myself have done nothing but do things to help my credit so what did I pay them for ? The money I gave them I could of used to pay things off on my credit !!! I wasted time and money and I'm really disappointed with Lexington law !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
