We cancelled our service because we found out we didnt need it. The next day they charged our debit card for a monthly service fee. Not only charged us but charged way more than the price quoted to me and i have all the information wrote down. I spoke with gary gilliam. When i called to cancel a lady i spoke with said it would be no problem an shevwould cancel my subscription. When i called back after i found out about the debit charge it said my subscription was put on hold. Well i was put on hold as well and nobody will answer the phone. I want a full refund for services my husband and i never received

They are all nice AND HELPFUL in the beginning butonce they CHARGE you that first month... They do a 360° and either ignore your phone calls and say they are mailing you some papers to sign and you never get until like after a month. SLOWER THAN HELL!! Just so they can charge for another MONTH. Then when you tell them you are going to CANCEL THERE SERVICE THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND SAY THAT BECAUSE YOU CANCELED THEY HAVE TO CHARGE YOU AND ADDITIONAL MONTH BECAUSE OF WHAT DAY IT IS IN THE CALENDER. Then they say if you ever decide to use them again you are going to have to pay them the delinquent amount and that it will be put ON YOUR ALREADY BAD CREDIT HISTORY REPORT. REALLY isn't that what they are supposed to be there helping you out of. LEXINGTON LAW IS A RIPOFF!!!!

I called 3 times, and every time I got a different answer for a representative. The second time I called. I signed up for the $14.99 contract and that was it. She didn't tell me anything, if they were going to be able to help or anything. She said she wasn't able to pull up my credit report. When I called the third time, another representative said they were able to pull it up, but they couldn't see what I wanted to be removed. But, the first they could. So, now I just wasted my money for nothing. The third representative said she was going to send me a confirmation email, but I never got it... So, basically, you cant help me... Thanks for nothing.

Pent months wilt little to no results.. They say they are preparing letters to send to me to have notarized, but they never send them.. 3 calls over 2 months without the letters ever being received. Keep putting me off when I call and saying I will have in 3-5 business days.. Rinse repeat start over.. Funny thing is they say they have emailed them, but they are not in SPAM which is all maintained, and they refuse to mail or send via any alternate means, but it will take 3-5 days to send them (even thou they say they are already done..??? Cancelled after 3 months of this merry-go-round and they will not refund payment or deliver letters. BEWARE!!!

DO NOT TRY! i used this company for just over a month 95.00 to get set up, and this is what i got...NOTHING! i asked...no begged for a hard copy of the challenge letter they were sending "on my behalf" remember those words. what i finally got was horrible! they were using a standard template, just like the ones you can download for free, minimal information and then sent them as if they were from me. remember the words, there is no on my behalf here folks, no effort on their part and they want you to then return to them any response you might get, so you are doing alot of the work yourself. oh and the letters they did send took 21/2 to 3 weeks to send out thus ensuring another month of money from you. and the letters were false and never addressed my situation at all, its a room full form fillers moving slowly and you ARE NOT getting what they promised at all. credit karma/free plus downloading your own forms/free some ink and paper get you better results. trust me on this one, stay away from lex law!

When I call I explained that I was trying to refinance my home and I had some things in my credit report I wanted to fix to raise my credit score. What I wasn't told was is if I disputed it during a credit application lenders would not finance while it's in dispute. The also charge $99.95 a month, but don't explain that they charge an additional $99.95 to start sending 6 letters of dispute, by the way anyone can do this and basically save themselves $100.00 dollars. I don't know what they did to justify $200.00 dollars except send 6 letters of dispute which hurt me more then help. I think they will say whatever to get those $99.95 for you when you sign up and then bill you $99.95 a month.

Almost 6 months and no result. Paying the 99.95$ package,I know it takes time but after all this Time and no result. I think they are too big and too many cases and they can't handle the all the Cases or ppl at once. HORRIBLE customer service don't know how to answer my questions and they don't accept that they haven't been working on my case. Stay away find someone else to this type of work maybe someone you can meet because over the phone sounds great but nothing like meeting the person you paying all the care is about the money and not results. I feel cheated out of 6 months of paying this ppl I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. WORST EXPERINECE EVER . I rather keep my credit and work on it myself

This company is the worst credit repair law firm to deal with they are extremely slow in delivering progress, I sign up with them 3 years ago and have made very little progress on my credit they kept on challenging the same item twice and sending out letters as if you were the one that wrote it yourself and even sign your name on it, they are not using the company name on letters when they write them, I found out because one of the letter they sent got send back to undeliverable, but yet they still charge me and they don't deliver good service please stay away from them they are totally scam, 3 yrs and nothing

I spoke to a gentleman from lexington law about repairing my credit. He was rude, disrespectful, and actually laughed at me over the phone once he reviewed my score. He kept pressuring me for my debit card information and once I started asking questions about how they would charge me he became irritated and asked if I didn't trust him. I said that I did not and I wanted to do some research on their firm before handing over my debit card information. He then stated that I had wasted his time and he had wasted mine and to give them a call when I wanted to get rid of my awful credit score. I would not spend a dime of my money to be disrespected in such a way.

Regretfully (and surprisingly), I have to submit a very Negative review of Lexington. After a relationship of barely 3 weeks, I had to terminate matters with Lexington this morning and seek out another credit repair group. The basic reason was Lexington's refusal to provide information about my case and unwillingness to respond to substantive questions. But allow me first to offer these positives. I believe Lexington has a superbly designed & very professional website. Secondly, their para-legal and sales staff were consistently courteous, friendly and pleasant. Indeed, I was struck by the high professionalism of the Lexington staff and (initially) felt I was in extremely good hands. However, the break-downs began when I needed to get information from Lexington beyond its canned, even robotic "scripted" answers. When I needed to focus on & get substantive information about my individual case, there appeared to be no one in charge. Lexington did send out a first wave of "challenge" or "verification" letters on my behalf. However, this included a challenge of one item that I'd specifically directly Lexington (both orally and in writing) NOT to challenge. Second, when I asked Lexington, on four (4) occasions, for copies of the actual challenge letters issued (so I could review them for further potential problems), Lexington declined to furnish them, even after repeatedly promising to do so. Third, Lexington also drafted for my signature certain "Escalation Letters" which contained certain falsehoods and were quite different from what had been discussed orally. Despite repeated attempts to speak with someone who could address these concerns, including scheduling a specific time/date for a conversation with a Lexington attorney, Lexington continue to "duck" any substantive conversation. In a word, the Lexington group simply wasn't focused on my matters or able or willing to provide someone with substantive knowledge to address questions & concerns. This was despite repeated efforts and requests for attention. Although their sales & para-legal staff were unfailingly courteous and friendly, once they were taken off of their "customer script," Lexington had little to offer. I realize many folks reported positive experiences with Lexington. I read these positive reviews myself. All I can say, regretfully, is that my personal experience with Lexington was disappointing.
