This company sent me a letter on their letter head stating they would reduce my monthly payments to 49.95 vs. the current payment of 99.95. This letter was sent to me after I made my initial payment and made no indication that this was a one time event. It was acknowledged that this was a mistake on their part however they would not honor their written letter. I cant speak on the work they would have done only that they did not honor their own mistake and made no attempt to rectify it. The only reason I gave them a 2 is because they had an agent named Glory make the transition of canceling easy. Overall experience with them was horrible.

This company does nothing to repair credit! In fact, anyone could actually do exactly what they do--send letters(providing one has the time to commit to it!!!). First I told them I could no longer afford the $99.00 fee every month (I am on a fixed income) they knocked it down to $59.00. I explained that was still too high of an amount for me each month! So, when I went to canceled my subscription, I noticed on my credit report that they "PURPOSELY" ramped up my credit usage which was at 50% to 76%. FOR EVERYONE WHO READS THIS "BE-A-WARE, BE-A-WARE learn from my mistake...sure they make it sound real good...but they are just another scam...

Every month I've had to escalate each creditor. We have done a ton of notary letters that they say are the strongest form for response. My spouse and i have had this service for over 9 months and only one item removed. It seems like they do not read the letters we send back to them from the creditors. One debt isn't even mine but my business that was a c corp so I'm not even liable for it but it is still on my credit report. All debts were settled and to me this would be easier than someone who still owes the debt. I'm going to try to send letters myself again like I did before Lexington law because my score was higher then and now it significantly dropped with their service. I think this is a total waste of money. If I wanted to hand hold someone through this process I wouldn't spend $160 per month. The point for this was I didn't have to spend time via chat or the phone coaching experts on the next steps. I don't have that kind of time which is why I assumed I paid for the service.

I used Lexington Law for 2 years at a cost of $2400 in that time they only removed a few items from my report and it never helped my credit at all! I did some research on my own and in 2 months time i was able to go from a 417 to 705 all on my own. Lexington Law will tell you if they dispute more than 3 items at a time it will cause the credit bureaus to kick it back as frivolous , which I called them on it and then they said in your contract it states we will only do 3 at a time, which gives them months to take more of your money. Then I was told if I want to have them send certified mail disputes they can speed up the process, WTF you are not doing this already? I mean this is how you keep track of when and if they get the notice! I did receive a personal note from the owner saying I was suspended as it appears they are not a right fit for me, that was after they took another $99 Needless to say you do not need this company as they are a total rip off , as you can do this yourself for cheaper

I call Lexington Law today and spoke with Kevin who rambutan rambutan couldn't answer direct questions couldn't give me a direct price everything he was offering already done have information on already I'm not willing to pay a monthly fee to model things I get free with my bank anyway second of all I don't see where you have to pay monthly fees to have things removed off your credit with that the people get a fine from the federal law it is forbidden to hold and sell people's information to another Credit Service when it should have been taken off they get fined for that people if y'all don't know you need to know people look it up they will be fine 500 to $2,500 if they have not removed it in the proper time on top of that why should we pay a monthly fee to someone to sit on their buns and collect free money while we are worrying about getting credit straight a constant money monthly payment it's making them more and taken away from you I would much rather use another service I found one called Jupiter they don't ask them monthly fee they a one-time payment and they do what they have to do and you keep you posted so think about it why would you pay a monthly fee just someone that can do chicken scratch when you can do it yourself

I used Lexington law for almost 2 years and there not done yet lol. I called to cancel and they tried to lower the price instead of canceling. I said no thanks. The reason I said no thanks is because I'm now paying for wage garnishments. I could have saved almost 2k and just paid off these accounts that are over 10 years old. They received the letters from LL and now went after my wages. Nothing done nothing gained could have ended this 2 years ago and saved 2k dollars. How much longer was this going to take anyway..... 4 years lmao. Don't hire them to fix your credit. CREDIT KARMA DOES IT FOR FREE NOW IF WANT TO DISPUTE. AFTER ALMOST 2YEARS OF PAYING THEY CHARGED ME 56 BUCKS TO CANCEL. SERIOUSLY.

I'm not happy at all. I contracted with this company on October 15th for $119.95 per month. They fixed one credit report right away but then I realized they were dragging it out to continue to keep money I cannot afford to keep them and pay $120 a month until everything is fixed I canceled my service on November 15th why am I having to pay for two additional weeks of service they never said that the first payment was for the entire month of October of which half of the month was gone by the time I signed up and the way that they came to me was predatory in my opinion I asked them to reduce the two weeks of time and would compromise for one but now they want to charge me for something they did not do so be very careful

When I got a call from Lexington., I was interested. However I wanted time to review their services before making a commitment. All they did was push and push until I gave in. After thinking about it I decided to cancel with the intension of using their services at another time. I will no longer be doing that. The way I was treated by the paralegal who deactivated my account is the reason I won't use their services ever again. She kept pointing out how many bad marks I had on my credit and how great of a deal I was getting for their services and how ridiculous it was that I couldn't make the payment agreement in a very condescending tone. I am on disability right now and practictily bed ridden. I can barely afford day to day living. I explained this to her, but only because of badly I was treated and her condescending tone and attitude! I recommend that you go somewhere else if you want to be respectfully treated!

Lex law did get removals but they are high and they are not transparent with there fees or methods. I did not understand why they didn't challenge the same item on all the agencies at the same time. NowI have one item that is removed from two agencies but left on another because they didn't challenge all of them together.The only reason for them to work on this manner I believe is so they can string the customer along.So I left

I was referred to Lexington law by an agency that was helping me to get a rent to own home. I was told that they dispute my credit & bring the score up where it needs to be. Well hat was lie #1 then I received a call from another agency that did the same thing and they gave me some interesting news about lexington law. They even gave me a link to look them up on better business Bureau and boy was I surprised!!!! I wish I had known this before I signed up with them. There are 669 complaints against lexington law. When I called to cancel my account they kept taking payments out of the bank. I would advise anyone who is thinking of using then to investigate first. I don't think you will be impressed & you may save yourself time ,money & trouble. God bless & good luck
