We’ve used PayPal for years and have asked for help with issues 3 times. They never side with us, they side with the merchant. This last time we ordered something for 27 dollars. The merchant charged the 27 dollars PLUS 163.23. I contacted the resolution center and they did nothing to help us. We are out the 163.23. We’re finished with them but just want others to be aware.

Interest rate is ridiculously high. They do have good promos at times but you have to make sure you pay it off before promo ends or you will get all the incurred interest from that promo purchase added at the end of promo.

PayPal credit card isn't easy to purchase because one requires a PayPal account to qualify.
