that utilizes them to service its consumer accounts. They will destroy credit standing for no other reason than they felt like it. I have never been late nor had anything outstanding with them or anything that went unpaid and have had my credit decimated due to them decreasing my credit lines with the 4 or 5 store cards their bank (Synchrony) manages on behalf of those stores. If you are considering starting a financial relationship with any store that allows Synchrony to harm their clients refuse to use and utilize that stores goods and services. As individuals we are weak as a collective we are strong and could twist the arms of several entities to no longer do business with Synchrony. There is a saying the enemy of my enemy is my friend. Well the same can be true of the friend of my enemy is my enemy. If as a collective we let the institutions that serve us know we can not in good conscious spend our money with stores or service providers that would allow harm to their clientele by allowing Synchrony to devastate their patrons financially.

I did not understand the process to get ramped up with this service after downloading the app. I decided to call a live person, and that took me two days to get one. I eventually got it, download it and established an account. It was quite cumbersome, and when I wanted to reverse fees that were charged to me by both PayPal and the vendor, they refused, and said I had to get the money from the vendor. Was not a good experience.

Bad bad bad considering the customer service department had a problem with a merchant charge and was given the runaround. They did not care that I was scammed. I will not use this service again. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable credit card company.

I noticed if I pay double or triple the minimum payment,they suddenly lower my credit line multiple times.they are unethical company,their customers service sucks they put you on hold for an hour their automated service is such a joke 😞

Hey I am human and I make mistakes just like us all. Saying that I was sending money and sent it to the wrong person. I noticed it right away, I called PayPal at that time and they would not stop it. This even went through review and they turned it down too. So I will not use PayPal credit again. $600 is a lot for me but they don’t care. I was scammed on the thing I was trying to buy. PayPal gets an F from me.

I do not have or use credit cards. I only have PayPal personal card I use regularly. And I have had it for ove 5 yrs. And the card can not be used unless I put money on my card and when I need it to receive money from another person or for a payment. I have called and reported this many times but has yet to be rectified. It says the available credit was or is is was300 from a yr ago. To over 750 due now. I do not have ordered or used this credit card. Thank you. Now you should either remove this from my account or pay it off. My credit is suffering

PayPal credit is so frustrating. I went to a island in the middle of lake Nicaragua and we went to a hostel that only accepted cash or PayPal. So I went to checkout with PayPal but after the entire process it had me send a verification code to my old phone number that I don’t have anymore, so there was no way for me to pay for the things that I needed and I had to borrow money from my friend and Venmo her later. What an annoying process and it didn’t even work.

Paypal is an absolute nuisance and terrible company that does not listen or care. My account has been hacked multiple times despite honorable protection efforts, and when I had a misunderstood error on their part they immediately banned me and shut my account down rather than listening and understanding the situation. Total sham company. Avoid.

YOU SUCK. Daughter sent me $$ through PayPal and then her account was hacked. They tried claiming I STOLE the money from my daughter and took it back out of my account and refused to put it back. She didn't get the $$ back either.

Paypal decided to erroneously close my account due to a mishap on their end and it took a very long time for them to correct their issue. I had to constantly escalate and prove that I was not at fault. They reinstated the account but after that, I canceled the card. It wasn't worth the trouble they put me through.

Don't use paypal credit for purchases, they make it too easy for online vendors to scam. They do absolutely nothing to protect their consumers, they put the burden of proof on the card holder, and essentially allow fraudulent vendors get away with it. Just use a regular credit card which is FDIC insured.
