Chase offers a bonus when you get the credit card. It has been a great benefit to get a free flight with points. I use the chase Sapphire and Southwest cards.

I got a fraud alert and cannot get in touch with anyone now and the app keeps telling me it's not working at this time and no one will call me and let me know what's going on with my card. Also I was one day late one time with my payment because of a holiday and they raised my interest rate.

I had a credit score in excess of 800 and over $100,000 worth of credit card spending limits across all cards including 2 Amex cards. I had 4 Chase accounts including one for Amazon and one for United Airlines (for which I paid a fee). I became disabled temporarily and went no more than one month late on some competitor cards. Not all of them, just some and my credit limits were getting reduced by several. I was 100% on-time and making more than the minimum payment on all my Chase cards, but they wrote me a letter saying they were closing ALL my accounts because of what was going on elsewhere in my credit scene. That shocked me. And I used those cards. I liked flying United and getting double miles and shopped at Amazon a lot. Since those businesses chose to use a card company like Chase I now fly other airlines and shop elsewhere online. And now that my credit is back up, it will be a cold day when I take a Chase offer over the dozens of other competing offers I get.

Interest rate is too high. When you are never late on a payment you should be able to earn a lower interest rate. I like being able to make payments on line. So far no issues with false charges or someone stealing by identify and susing the card online.

I haven't had a chase account for long and I experienced an issue with my application. They attempted to deny me due to their claim of being unable to validate my address, but to tell me of the denial, they had to send a letter to my address, which was the same address they claimed to be unable to verify. After a back and forth with their fraud team, I was finally approved.

They set up appointments and then when you get there to get a medallion stamp. They then tell you it has to be sent into corporate. You have to come back when they approve it. Then when you come back they say they don't do TOD accounts. Do they think people like wasting gas coming back and fourth to get nothing done? Customer service stinks.

I had opened a account with them last month and I have received ( 2 ) two telling me that I need to stop by a local branch all call customer service and when I did call customer service they told me there was no record of ever sending me a letter out ! So I'll stop by and loads of branch they told me it was error in regarding the receipt two different letters !!

Good rates for transfers. Easy approval, interest rates are way too high. I bank with Chase also so this card goes hand in hand with my checking account. im not sure what else i can say about it. anyone who applies for a chase card will see what there interest rates are they are comparable to all of the other cards out there so not much else can be said.

I had no problem with Chase. I mislead by the advertisements to open an account with Chase. All the great deals only applies to those with direct deposit. This wasn’t a problem just a disappointment. Other than that I have no complaints about Chase.

The website and the physical banks are very reflective of the outdated mindset and the lack of innovation or modernization. The physical banks tend to be old and unkept looking (I have been to several across the US) and the bankers tend to dress and act outdated as well. They serve cheap candy and have old furniture. It is not as modern as Amex or other competitors. The website is outdated and difficult to use. The third-party customer service for the travel rewards is a really bad system - the hotels are very low class or basic (marriot, hiltons, etc) and the customer service (if you need to cancel or change your flight) is only a number (no email or chat) and the wait is always extremely long. The last three times I had to call, one time the wait was so long I was told 'call back later' and the other two times it took over an hour on each call to do a simple date change with my flight. Essentially the target customer is very basic and lacks innovation and creative thought, and perhaps that is Chase's goal.

The credit card seems ok. Once I pay it off - I will likely cancel it though. Reasoning: CHASE is one of those huge companies that use money to lobby against issues that are important to me. I left CHASE bank checking/savings accounts for a local credit Union and Aspiration Bank a while back. It was hard since I used CHASE for everything - so many automatic bill payments I had to change! I really didn't like their customer service - and they seem to charge you more fees if you have less money (my account with ex husband who had lots of money was charged so much less than when I got divorced and had my own account ... I felt betrayed ... way to help newly single woman :/ ). The only difficulty I have is when people want to send me money via Zelle.

I had set up a savings account, because of the return that I would get. After a month, I noticed that the monthly interest had dropped and was one of the lowest that I had. Then over time, I noticed that access to the account was becoming more and more difficult to access. Then the final straw was I could not access my account because of password. Citi Bank had no, way of resetting the password. Ended up calling customer service and closing my account out. I figure if I can't access the money then they don't need my money. They closed out the account, I had to wait two weeks before I received the check. Now I need to wait another three weeks before my bank will credit my account.

Overall I am happy with the credit card. I have found the web access to the account to be very useful, and I also have access from 3rd applications for downloading and tracking of expenses. I have had some unexpected fees that I wasn't fully in agreement with. Which is why they get 4 of 5.

I have had my number stolen quite a bit and every time it is a fast service getting it taken care of and a new card is always overnighted so I don’t have to go without.

I have a Chade card that I got through Amazon. I love the rewards that I can get for buying things on Amazon. The only thing I don’t like is how the pending purchases aren’t calculated in the amount owed. I like to pay off my balance every month and I get confused sometimes about how much I owe because of that.
