I had a Chase Slate credit card awhile back. This card was accepted everywhere. I never had it declined as it is a well known brand. When I used it, I was sure in the knowledge that a purchase outside of my regular uses would be flagged for my approval or for me to decline. I paid it off and decided to go with another Brand's card.

Chase is extremely trustworthy and I have actually been trying to move my regular banking over. I signed up for the Amazon credit card years ago and it has been great. They have amazing offers, great customer service, a user friendly website, and you can track your expenses and credit score easily.

I love all of my Chase credit cards everything that they offer I love the fraud protection that they have. I have dealt with some issues in the past and they have been able to help me and fix my problems so anytime I use my card I don’t feel afraid to because I know they will always have my back.

I had this bank. How about 10 years ago when I lived in California San Diego. At first it was a good bank, but when it was time for me to move on and out of California, I had some problems when using my card across country in different states, I had problems with my balance when I would check on it. It made it seem like I had more money than I did which ultimately caused my account to go overdraft by a little bit which ultimately caused me to have four late payments. I called customer service and tried to explain my situation and they would only give me one late payment back. That left me with three late payments that I shouldn’t of had to pay as my current balance told me I had the money. Another situation when I leased a vehicle the dealership used Chase as my lender. I went to return my lease a month early because of a promotion I was given by the dealership to get a new vehicle. So I went and put a stop payment on the last months payment as the car salesman told me to and Chase still decided to the next day Go ahead and pay the dealership the last months worth, and instead of going to and talking to the dealer and taking back their money, they called me and tried to get me to pay that last month, which would’ve given the dealership an extra months worth of money when I didn’t have the vehicle the dealership did. Overall a couple not so good experiences with Chase but overall and OK bank to do business with.

Chase is only the second credit card I’ve had but so far I’ve been impressed with the app and the rewards offered. I used it for a balance transfer because the interest rate is 0 for 15 months. Their customer service can be reached in the app (it logs the conversation so you don’t have to stay in an instant chat nor do you have to check an support email chain to see about your question or request!). My one complaint would be that they took a while to send out my card and a while to approve my balance transfer.

This is a status card albeit you can get better value from other companies. I like the one card I have because I believe Chase is a status card. I only use it, however, for emergencies; but the card makes me feel "credible" plopping it down for payment whenever I use it.

Chase has an amazing selection of credit cards available and have many incentives and bonuses they offer. However, they did bump my rate up one day when I had never been late or missed a payment so I was upset that I went from a 12% rate to a 24% rate overnight simply due to being late ON ANOTHER ACCOUNT, A NON CHASE CREDIT CARD. It had nothing to do with Chase but they jumped on the bandwagon to charge me more the very first chance they had.

Chase is a superior credit card company (bank). They offer reasonable rates, flexible payment options, and a phone app that is a breeze to use. The technology is spot on. I love that I can just "tap" and go. I have other cards, but this is my "go to" card! Love my loyalty rewards -- so many options!!

Awesome features! Chase credit card services go beyond just credit card usage. You can actually use their card when renting a vehicle and don’t have to pay for extra vehicle insurance coverage because it’s covered by using their card for the rental. I also love the connection with Amazon card services.

I use Chase Bank for just about everything. I have a debit/credit card. My only complaint is that a lot of the in-person locations have closed and it is recommended to go online for services. I prefer in-person service, especially with all of the banking scams going on around the world. Their in-person staff has always been courteous and efficient.

Like chase credit card , used the 1 1/2 % back rewards. No fees if paid on time. Easy to view online with your bank account and pay directly right there viewing both. Only had one problem and that was with their damage protection. Had item bought and got damaged and they gave me hard time on reimbursement as promised. Did eventually have to go to BBB and got reimbursed. Other than that found to be a great card with many convenient options to use online to track everything. Really loved being able to view right along with bank account and charge card and pay.

I have found out use of the Chase Saphirre card to be the most flexible, but know that as our needs change, our we can change cards, with the exact same experience for paying my bill, getting customer service, etc. Chase has saved us on multiple occasions with fraud, and I really appreciate that.

The credit card bill is easy to read and understand. They send out the statement early enough that you have plenty of time to pay it before it is overdue. Their customer service is curteous. I haven't ever had any problems with them so not sure how they do resolving problems.

I have a Chase Sapphire credit card and at first it was wonderful. I always got a person if i called. Now, the customer service is horrible and automated. It charges an annual fee which i was okay with since the customer service was so good but now they want you to do everything online. There don't have customer service available 24/7. I got a fraud alert in the middle of the night and called only to go through a bunch of automated cramp which ended in them saying that no one was available to take my call because they were closed.

I have been using Chase since I started college as I moved away from my hometown bank. While the overdraft fees were annoying at first, now that I have a steady income I don't deal with them anymore. My only complaint is that they can be hard to reach over the phone, but when I lost my debit card while I was abroad the agent was SO helpful and had a new one shipped out to me within 2 days!

I feel like I haven't been taken by surprise with updated fees or huge interest rates. Chase has been a good provider for my credit needs and I've been able to use my card for travel, higher end purchases, and some monthly purchases as well. No issues on my part, which is nice.

Chase is basically the most professional, upkeep bank. They are super fast with payments, credit cards are amazing, service is great. Since they are such a high standing bank though you must have at least good credit to apply for their credit cards, above average. But honestly, out of the three accounts that I have, I prefer Chase hands down.

Occasionally, they block my card when I am making a big purchase, which is for safety reasons but can sometimes be frustrating. When I applied for Amazon credit card this is the one that it was hooked up with. So every time I use my Amazon account I use this card. The cashback is great
