Chase has an amazing selection of credit cards available and have many incentives and bonuses they offer. However, they did bump my rate up one day when I had never been late or missed a payment so I was upset that I went from a 12% rate to a 24% rate overnight simply due to being late ON ANOTHER ACCOUNT, A NON CHASE CREDIT CARD. It had nothing to do with Chase but they jumped on the bandwagon to charge me more the very first chance they had.

Chase is a superior credit card company (bank). They offer reasonable rates, flexible payment options, and a phone app that is a breeze to use. The technology is spot on. I love that I can just "tap" and go. I have other cards, but this is my "go to" card! Love my loyalty rewards -- so many options!!

Awesome features! Chase credit card services go beyond just credit card usage. You can actually use their card when renting a vehicle and don’t have to pay for extra vehicle insurance coverage because it’s covered by using their card for the rental. I also love the connection with Amazon card services.

I was drawn to Chase because of their referral bonuses! I opened a bank account with them to start saving. I also ended up getting a Chase credit card through Amazon. I've gotten alot of cash back rewards that I've been able to use straight from Amazon. It's my favorite card!

I have been a Chase Credit Card customer since I got my first line of credit around 2006 and have stayed a loyal customer since then. I enjoy and have used their rewards program a lot of times and their VISA card gets accepted everywhere I go which gives me a piece of mind when going shopping or dining out.

I use Chase Bank for just about everything. I have a debit/credit card. My only complaint is that a lot of the in-person locations have closed and it is recommended to go online for services. I prefer in-person service, especially with all of the banking scams going on around the world. Their in-person staff has always been courteous and efficient.

I love banking with Chase. They are always very kind and helpful when I go in. The only downside is that there are not Chase banks everywhere in the United States. They just added a new Chase bank near me for the first time and I have lived in Virginia for nine years. I am very grateful they are growing!

One of my first bank accounts was opened here and it’s my one and only bank account I kept. They always have my back for any issues. Fraudulent, overdrawn etc. They are one of the biggest on the game for a reason and I’ve had their credit card since the start. Their points back system is one of the best and i love their service

Like chase credit card , used the 1 1/2 % back rewards. No fees if paid on time. Easy to view online with your bank account and pay directly right there viewing both. Only had one problem and that was with their damage protection. Had item bought and got damaged and they gave me hard time on reimbursement as promised. Did eventually have to go to BBB and got reimbursed. Other than that found to be a great card with many convenient options to use online to track everything. Really loved being able to view right along with bank account and charge card and pay.

I have had a chase credit card since I was 16. They are the only cards I have. They have great customer service and I like the text notifications they send me. The fraud department is very helpful they will alert you anytime they find something even a little suspicious

I have a chase card through Costco and Amazon and enjoy both. I love how I can earn a ton of cashback on Amazon with their Amazon credit card through Chase. I also really like the online platform for the chase credit card account. It is very simple and easy to navigate.

If you don't have Chase, what are you doing. Chase is a great card company. Their mobile app is extremely simple to use, they have a money transfer ability built in (Zelle) and the add interest payments to your savings account.

I have been a Chase member for about a year now. I have greatly benefitted from being a member of this bank. They have great rewards when it comes to using your credit card, more so than other credit options. Chase has a variety of credit cards to meet the needs of every individual. Whether you want hotel points, and general use points, there is something for you. I have found out use of the Chase Saphirre card to be the most flexible, but know that as our needs change, our we can change cards, with the exact same experience for paying my bill, getting customer service, etc. Chase has saved us on multiple occasions with fraud, and I really appreciate that.

The credit card bill is easy to read and understand. They send out the statement early enough that you have plenty of time to pay it before it is overdue. Their customer service is curteous. I haven't ever had any problems with them so not sure how they do resolving problems.

I have a Chase Sapphire credit card and at first it was wonderful. I always got a person if i called. Now, the customer service is horrible and automated. It charges an annual fee which i was okay with since the customer service was so good but now they want you to do everything online. There don't have customer service available 24/7. I got a fraud alert in the middle of the night and called only to go through a bunch of automated cramp which ended in them saying that no one was available to take my call because they were closed.

I have been using Chase since I started college as I moved away from my hometown bank. While the overdraft fees were annoying at first, now that I have a steady income I don't deal with them anymore. My only complaint is that they can be hard to reach over the phone, but when I lost my debit card while I was abroad the agent was SO helpful and had a new one shipped out to me within 2 days!

I've had a credit card with Chase for years. It's convenient because I bank with them too and being able to have all of my banking needs at one place is nice. I feel like I haven't been taken by surprise with updated fees or huge interest rates. Chase has been a good provider for my credit needs and I've been able to use my card for travel, higher end purchases, and some monthly purchases as well. No issues on my part, which is nice.

Chase is basically the most professional, upkeep bank. They are super fast with payments, credit cards are amazing, service is great. Since they are such a high standing bank though you must have at least good credit to apply for their credit cards, above average. But honestly, out of the three accounts that I have, I prefer Chase hands down.

The points for southwest are a great value, and the bonus points given by the chase credit card helped me get the companion pass with southwest. Service on the phone with chase is always quick and their website is well setup to make things easy.

Chase provides with great service. I've been using Chase for many years now, and they have always been super reliable. Occasionally, they block my card when I am making a big purchase, which is for safety reasons but can sometimes be frustrating. I have to go through a long process of calls to get my card to work, but the staff is always super friendly and helpful.

Make sure you don’t ever miss a payment or you will regret it. I haven’t had that problem but I did see the fees and it looked pretty scary. Their online service though for payments is so easy. When I applied for Amazon credit card this is the one that it was hooked up with. So every time I use my Amazon account I use this card. The cashback is great

I own the Chase Marriott Bonvoy boundless credit card. I travel often and the chase credit card gave me 100,000 bonus points on purchases after my first 3 months of spending. I earn free stays a lot faster with my Chase card. There is not a bank I trust more than Chase and their reputation.

We love the offers they send to us with 0% interest for 6, or 12 months with a balance transfer and have used it a several times when we have gotten too high of a balance on other cards. Those offers are very helpful when and if you are trying to get debt free and the company is great to do that.

Chase is my favorite bank. I’ve loved every product from them including car loans, checking account, and my credit cards. The Ultimate Reward point system is the best out there and I have been able to take some amazing vacations and see places I wouldn’t have been able to see otherwise (and all just by earning points for necessary expenses).
