I have a credit card account and checking account with Chase. I am very happy with the company. The two-factor authentication provides security for my personal information. With the app, I can easily manage both accounts at once. It is presents information very quickly and allows for multiple features that would take a lot of time do do separately.

Been banking with the. The last 3 years. When I had fraudulent activity the process to get my money back and lock the debit card that was compromised and sent out a new one. Was done with such ease. Also I love the chase kids first checking account. Allows me to teach my two kids at a young age how to manage money and how to use a checking and savings account

I am of two minds with Chase. I really enjoy the rewards points and varied interest options, and we run many expenditures through Chase cards specifically to reap these. My Chase Amazon Visa is only surpassed in traffic by my straight-up debit card. Being savvy to the game takes a lot of thought and a smidge-above-average comprehension of interest rates, and I am convinced that the benefits I am receiving are subsidized by many more consumers who don't quite get it. They seem to make it confusing on purpose. This is in no way unique to Chase, but there are some stand-outs who seem to have a modicum of decency in this regard above the mean. Paying, tracking expenditures, access to counselling, payment arrangements, and other customer-friendly interactions are there to be had, however. I have active credit accounts with seven institutions, and I would place Chase in third place (poet and don't know it). The credit union has my back. The regular bank wants my business. Chase is minimally deceptive. Downhill from there. For the Amazon Prime member, you've likely got a Chase and/or a Store card. Neither can really be declared the best. Depends on your particulars. I do really appreciate that when an unrelated fraud shut down my checking account, Chase was happy to extend clemency on late fees and interest until it was ironed out, without demanding proof or other hassles. For new credit or a rollover, this is probably not your first stop. I do love the heavy duty cards they issue. I go through bank cards 5 times faster! Wish they had more brick-and-mortars but what can you do?

Sooooooooooooo, yeah. Just stick with best companies when you are getting credit cards. Many years ago Chase Freedom took over my old credit card. And they've been great. The interest rates are reasonable, so when you pay the bill, it makes a difference (compared to other cards I have). The rewards are really fair, and you can get cash, payments toward your balance, or gift cards for everything from grocery stores to big box stores and hotels. It's easy to use, easy to pay, and every accepts it.

I have been with Chase for several years. Their representatives always there to greet you and offer assistance on anything you need. Their offices are so modernized I felt I had walked into some Future Time Line or Zone! Their big indoor ATM's for customer to use are so beneficial...They pretty much eliminate any waiting lines. I appreciate the fact they make me feel safe by not releasing my funds to anyone who is not familiar to them or not a regular payee from my account or they suspect possible Fraud. They will alert me if concerned. I feel like 'Big Brother is watching me!'

We have a credit card through Chase. What can I say... it's just like any other credit card (high interest rate and high late fees). So far customer service has been mostly responsive. I backed a Kickstarter project in 2019 and used my Chase card to pay for it. However, the project developer has turned out to be quite flakey and never sent the backers the product we paid for, so I reached out to Chase to try to get a refund. Chase claims their hands are tied and they cannot provide a refund due to the length of time that has now passed. I found their response too generic and somewhat uncaring for the strange situation. Other people who backed the same project have claimed that they got a refund from Chase, so I don't understand how they make their decisions. At any rate... their product (a credit card with rewards) works for my needs. Aside from the refund they refused to give me, they've been there when I needed them.

I applied for and received a Chase credit card through Amazon. It was one of the best decisions I ever made as I shop at Amazon frequently and can choose to use my Chase card to pay for my purchases. And from Amazon, I get monetary rewards for using it! Can't beat that. Oh, and Chase ALWAYS verifies my identity whenever I log in to my account. That makes me feel very, very secure in their ability and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure my account is secure!

I have my checking and saving account at Chase. I do not have to drive longer even I moved, they are mostly found closer. Due to online banking, high school account, locker, ATM, chase has made my life better. Also, during opening of the account, sign in bonus has helped me financially too. Also, they have very good customer service. I will recommend this bank.

Chase is my bank of choice for all my banking needs. My daughter and I have a joint account with them for paying our house bills and we each have separate accounts for our own personal use. I have a debit card & a credit card with them. I use my debit card for just about all my purchases. It helps having their app to be able to check my account on a daily basis.

I use my Amazon Chase card for all Amazon purchases because of the cash back. My other Chase card is through Southwest Airlines. I rarely use that, however, they just implemented a payment plan without interest over time, without fees for a short time. That makes it more likely I will use that feature since I haven't been able to travel much the past few years.

Best customer service I have ever had with a credit card and I have 4 cards through them. In case of fraud, they are on it before I have even known about a problem. They shut down use of my card and I get a text message or email letting me know of fraudulent use. When I have lost or misplaced my card, they shut down the card and overnight me a new card since I am a valuable customer to them. Thanks Chase CC Department

I am with Chase bank due to my Amazon credit card. As long as you pay it off every month you don't get charged the extra interest rates that credit cards charge you. Plus with your Chase Amazon card you spend money on Amazon with it and you get 5% back on everything off of Amazon. Then you get 1-3% back on groceries, gas, restaurants, etc. This money comes back to you as a credit on your account. So you get the option to buy gift cards, spend it on Amazon, or the best part is use this money to pay on your Chase credit card which is the best option overall. Plus Chase bank offers credit journey reporting so you can check your credit score for free every few weeks to see updates to your score. I would highly recommend using Chase Bank ONLY with the Amazon credit card. I actually used their actual bank account and they charge you a $25 fee or so monthly if you don't have its either $500+ or $1500+ in your bank account OR this fee is waived if you use direct deposit so that makes it easy to bank with them.

I've had mixed experiences with Chase. Currently I have both a credit card and car loan with them, and both of those are fine. The car loan has been completely worry-free. I can't complain in the least. The credit card is ok. I haven't had any issues. It's a rewards card and their rewards are ok, but not great. I pay off all credit card balances every month, so the reason for me to use any specific card is the rewards or some other feature like no foreign transaction fees. Chase charges foreign transaction fees, so I don't use their card when I travel. I've been lucky that I haven't run into any fraud with their card, so I can't say what that will be like when it happens.

I have used the chase credit card for the past 20 years. The card has worked well for me and allows full payment of charges each month. without penalties. Their service center was very responsive one time when I lost the card. They were able to shut down my card services and issue me a new card within 24 hours. They are also very responsive when there are charges that seem spurious they have rejected the charges until I gave them a call. I appreciate this type of attention to make sure that others don't charge on my card and get away with it.

I opened up my 2nd ever credit card with Chase and it was great. I liked how every now and then they have promotions for extra cash back and email you about it so you aren't out of the loop. It's to a point you have to activate it. To some, that may be annoying, but to me, that's just a step to inform me of the actual promotion and have had a great experience overall.

Chase bank is literally my favorite bank. I have tried different banks and I have finally found the bank I will stick with. The chase bank app is so functional and its easy to transfer money to people with or without a chase account,as long as they have zelle. They ensure that you do not get scammed out of your money and help you get your money back if you have paid for something and didnt recieve it.

Ive been with chase for 8 years and they have been the best. I have other accounts with Discover and American Express, yet Chase is still on top by far. Their rewards program through Sapphire reserved has paid for an entire trip to Europe just from the expenses I would have been paying otherwise. They have also given me special bonuses every now and again like a 5% APR for the year, just because I've been with them as long as I have. I would highly recommend them for both a checking account as well as a credit card.

We love our Chase credit card. We get points back on it and you can pick gift cards or just cash back into your account. We never leave money on the credit card so I don't have experience with their interest rates because we are never charged interest. But I do like the cash back. I was very impressed when our card was being used by someone we didn't know online. They caught it immediately and called to let me know they'd need to shut it down. They reimbursed us for each payment the person had made. Very impressive and I felt safe being their customer.

Easy to manage over time and they have great customer service that has helped me a time or two with late fees and when I forget to pay of time. They also had some good promotions for cash back that made my spending even better.

Chase credit cards provide great rewards, no annual fee, low interest rates if you qualify, and easy access to all your accounts online for billing, questions, and other options for refinancing or consolidating debt from higher interest rate cards. Because I also bank with chase all of my accounts are on the same website so I only have to remember one password. They email when payments are due and I can also set up autopay which makes my life really easy.

Love love love our Chase Sapphire card. We earn points for travel, car rental, merchandise, hotels... and if there is ever any suspicious activity, Chase is the first to call and ask if we made certain charges. They are the best at monitoring our cards and making sure we are safe. They also provides travel insurance, car rental insurance and free exchange when traveling to other countries.

I like that my Chase card does not have fees, but I also do not get rewards for this card. The card itself and their service is easy to use and I like that when my mortgage was taken over by Chase, the accounts tied together for easy online access. Since I have an AMEX, this is my other card because VISA is usually accepted everywhere else that AMEX isn't.

Chase does offer a solid checking account, but their savings rate tend to be on the lower side.plus, some of their fees can be a bit high and tricky to avoid. I am being enjoying using it tho so I will rate it 4 star.

Chase banks seems to be one of those banks that are very selective and picky with customers that they choose to do business with. On its own these cards on paper seem to be great value. It is when you start comparing them to other cards that offer more for the same annual fee that you get to understand that these may not be the value that you are needing from a card. One area that Chase seems to be trailing. The pack is in cash back and rewards.

I love my chase freedom unlimited. It is accepted everywhere. It gives 1.5% on all purchases. If there is a problem it is taken care of immediately. You can check on purchases through the website or the app.

They give you no slack at all...I was in a store and my credit card was declined. The amount was less than $15. I was so embarrassed I stepped aside and call Chase CS. They would not approve the transaction after just paying $100 the CS person asked for another payment. I ask him to please approve this transaction and he refused. I have been a long standing card member with them and never been late. So I asked him to close my account. He was more than happy to close it.

My Chase Visa credit card account was opened in the NY. Not sure of other Visa cards, I use Chase Visa cards only. My problem gripe is that if I use my Chase Visa cards outside of the Continental USA, there will be a charge of either 3 or 5% fee (not sure exactly how much). This fee also apply for using it in Puerto Rico, where I temporary base . I thought Puerto Rico was part of USA!!!!!

I have been happy with my chase credit card. My only complaint is I have had more problems with fraud with this credit card that any of my other credit cards. They have been easy to work with and have overnighted me a new card every time but it is still a pain. But every single time it has been caught and they have taken action quickly.

Chase credit cards offer diverse options and decent customer service, but keep an eye on the fees and interest rates. I had a good experience interaction with their customer satisfaction team, but I only wish there were more variety for rewards and benefits.
