I own the Chase Marriott Bonvoy boundless credit card. I travel often and the chase credit card gave me 100,000 bonus points on purchases after my first 3 months of spending. I earn free stays a lot faster with my Chase card. There is not a bank I trust more than Chase and their reputation.

We have used the Chase credit card many times over the years. We love the offers they send to us with 0% interest for 6, or 12 months with a balance transfer and have used it a several times when we have gotten too high of a balance on other cards. Those offers are very helpful when and if you are trying to get debt free and the company is great to do that.

The Ultimate Reward point system is the best out there and I have been able to take some amazing vacations and see places I wouldn’t have been able to see otherwise (and all just by earning points for necessary expenses).

I’ve used my Chase VISA for years. I love earning reward points. They are easy to redeem and use. Their fraud department carefully monitors purchases. When someone started using our card for unauthorized purchases, Chase quickly put a stop to it and replaced our cards with new ones. It has been an exceptional credit card.

I got a fraud alert and cannot get in touch with anyone now and the app keeps telling me it's not working at this time and no one will call me and let me know what's going on with my card. Also I was one day late one time with my payment because of a holiday and they raised my interest rate.

I had a credit score in excess of 800 and over $100,000 worth of credit card spending limits across all cards including 2 Amex cards. I had 4 Chase accounts including one for Amazon and one for United Airlines (for which I paid a fee). I became disabled temporarily and went no more than one month late on some competitor cards. Not all of them, just some and my credit limits were getting reduced by several. I was 100% on-time and making more than the minimum payment on all my Chase cards, but they wrote me a letter saying they were closing ALL my accounts because of what was going on elsewhere in my credit scene. That shocked me. And I used those cards. I liked flying United and getting double miles and shopped at Amazon a lot. Since those businesses chose to use a card company like Chase I now fly other airlines and shop elsewhere online. And now that my credit is back up, it will be a cold day when I take a Chase offer over the dozens of other competing offers I get.

Interest rate is too high. When you are never late on a payment you should be able to earn a lower interest rate. I like being able to make payments on line. So far no issues with false charges or someone stealing by identify and susing the card online.

Chase is finicky. I have had good and not so good experiences with Chase. Yes, they give high credit limits on their cards. So that is the good. However, twice I experienced identity theft with one of my cards that had a high credit limit- with out of the country charges. It was a bit annoying because I was clearly using the car in person in the US, yet all the sudden "in person charges" were also occurring in other countries- Brazil and Ukraine. I had to be the one to call them and go "ummmm these are not my charges." The charges, the places, the stores were not in any way the "norm" for my purchase history and so I feel fraud prevention should have been on top of it and flagged the activity. After the 2nd time, I was so frustrated. Yes, Chase removed the charges right away, but I feel in this day and age my card should have been blocked right away due to the suspected fraudulent activity and I should have been contacted by them. In the end, I chose to close my accounts with them because of these incidents.

LOVE Chase. I've used their Credit card for years and their banking on and off . The cc is great with wonderful service when I call in. Any issues with fraudulent charges are usually caught by them before I see them - they take care of them without an issue.

Good rates for transfers. Easy approval, interest rates are way too high. I bank with Chase also so this card goes hand in hand with my checking account. im not sure what else i can say about it. anyone who applies for a chase card will see what there interest rates are they are comparable to all of the other cards out there so not much else can be said.

The website and the physical banks are very reflective of the outdated mindset and the lack of innovation or modernization. The physical banks tend to be old and unkept looking (I have been to several across the US) and the bankers tend to dress and act outdated as well. They serve cheap candy and have old furniture. It is not as modern as Amex or other competitors. The website is outdated and difficult to use. The third-party customer service for the travel rewards is a really bad system - the hotels are very low class or basic (marriot, hiltons, etc) and the customer service (if you need to cancel or change your flight) is only a number (no email or chat) and the wait is always extremely long. The last three times I had to call, one time the wait was so long I was told 'call back later' and the other two times it took over an hour on each call to do a simple date change with my flight. Essentially the target customer is very basic and lacks innovation and creative thought, and perhaps that is Chase's goal.

The credit card seems ok. Once I pay it off - I will likely cancel it though. Reasoning: CHASE is one of those huge companies that use money to lobby against issues that are important to me. I left CHASE bank checking/savings accounts for a local credit Union and Aspiration Bank a while back. It was hard since I used CHASE for everything - so many automatic bill payments I had to change! I really didn't like their customer service - and they seem to charge you more fees if you have less money (my account with ex husband who had lots of money was charged so much less than when I got divorced and had my own account ... I felt betrayed ... way to help newly single woman :/ ). The only difficulty I have is when people want to send me money via Zelle.

I had set up a savings account, because of the return that I would get. After a month, I noticed that the monthly interest had dropped and was one of the lowest that I had. Then over time, I noticed that access to the account was becoming more and more difficult to access. Then the final straw was I could not access my account because of password. Citi Bank had no, way of resetting the password. Ended up calling customer service and closing my account out. I figure if I can't access the money then they don't need my money. They closed out the account, I had to wait two weeks before I received the check. Now I need to wait another three weeks before my bank will credit my account.
