Terrible worst reception that I have ever had. They lied to me when I got my iPhone from them. They said after I made 18 payments, the phone would be mine. I just made my last payment and now they are saying that I owe them another $180 to keep the phone. Liars, cheaters, deceivers. Just say no. Don't do it.

Customer service is horrible. Kept pawning me off to a different person. Spent many hours and repeating my issue over and over. Lied to me about my upgrade. Had a supervisor call me and told me they would honor what I was told... Nope lied about that to.

Horrible service first they tell you that you will have good service living close to a main highway where a tower is and then they get you in the contract and take your money and will not do anything about the horrible service when you ask them they say that it’s just a busy time.

This is the worse phone company I have ever encountered. They do absolutely nothing to resolve complaints. Henry, who I spoke with on 4/22/20, at approximately 1pm, is the final straw to why I will pay this contract off to cut ties with Sprint! Bye Sprint!!!

Sprint is horrible in customer relations !!! Worst experience ever!! The lady told me that I would be without my phone for a week !!! I was going to pay to fix mine and get a new one ! She told me I couldn’t !!! Great service! 6 years with them! I’m done !!!!

This company lies to you about everything and hits you with all sorts of hiddens fees. Im still getting charged for phones after there payed off and there telling me i have to pay anothe 180 for each phone to make them mine after there already payed off. Wtf.

They are terrible! We had a promo where they buy off out phones. And never payed our phones and now they can’t help us. They suck. The internet sucks customer service sucks. The whole company sucks!!!! I would never recommend anybody to get sprint! Terrible experience ever.

Do not fall for their get more lines save more money plan was told one price in the store and charged almost 3 times as much on my bill have went to the store many times to have fixed the manager admits the bill is wrong and says it is being taken care of but for months later I am still paying over $300 a month for two phones

I wish I could give Sprint a big fat zero because that's what they deserve. They're the worst phone company I've ever dealt with ever! do not sign up for auto-pay because they will rip you off and then it will make excuses to why they are not wrong. I've given up on Sprint I'm getting a lawyer and they're going to get sued.

One star is far too high of a rating. This company should be closed for fraud. I have been overcharged, lied to, and dismissed for hours on end on customer service calls. And on top of it all, the cell service is literally the worst in the country. They misrepresent ‘good deals’ to get you into a contract. STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT.

Was told when we made the worst switch that there is not contract and could cancel any time, nope got stuck with this piece of junk phone for 18 months. Can't wait to join a real service. 0 stars

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been hung up on laughed at. THEY OVERCHARGE for services I was not provided. I cannot wait to get out of my contract. My bill is always going up, no one is helpful when you are having a difficult time with something. I am tired of not getting the service I deserve. I have been a customer over 2 years and pay 260 a month for 3 lines and old phones!!!!

I do not like Sprint, they are untrustworthy, do not follow what they say they are going to do, have terrible customer service, high prices, take money from my bank account 7 days before they are supposed to and then I had an overdraft fee on my account, etc.!

I have been a customer for over 13 years and still customer service is the worst. like right now transferred 4 times, and call disconnected twice, issue not resolved, deals are for new customers or new lines, never for loyal customers and coverage where I live is getting worst everytime...definitely considering another carrier.

if I could do no stars I would, phone has poor connectivity to network even when in full coverage area. Calls are dropped, not received, or choppy signal to the point where people tell me they keep loosing me. I have been attempting to work with sprint for over a year (14 months) no joke, and no service improvement, just wasting my time

Sprint has horrible customer service and ripped me off $400. As well as $367 in credits with them. Said I had to prove to them why I have credit with them. Wtf! I can't put a credit on my account but I have to prove how I got it! Gtfoh. Then took it from me. Horrible!

We switched from Verizon to Sprint on the promise that their data service was as good but the rates were a lot cheaper. Well it sucks. Half the time I cannot get wifi service unless I am connected to the internet. I hate it.

Service is more than TERRIBLE! DURING LOCAL PHONE CONVERSATIONS the other person cannot hearme. Calls are dropped, long-distance calls are hard to hear. I am paying way too much to lease phone, double the amount quoted and am stuck with them for six more months!

They bill themselves as having 1% of shy of the coverage provided by Verizon. Apparently that 1% is everywhere I am. It is definitely less expensive. Which is why I gave them 2 stars and not just 1.

I give them a two because of the unlimited data (even though they throttle their data) otherwise they'd get a one. The signal is spotty and the range is very small in my area.

Customer service isn't great and the phone plans are overpriced. If you want to cancel your phone contract plan on paying about $700. The coverage is not good at all and I wouldn't recommend using this phone service.

The phone I purchased has a delay. I also hate that when I call customer service I am put on hold for as long as 20+ minutes. Customer service is too critical to companies to have your clients on hold for that long.

Sprint has lied to me for the last time. They tell you what you want to hear so customers will purchase a wifi device. I was told my bill would be 135.00 per month, but I received a $203.00 bill yesterday. I would rather go with another company than deal with Sprint any longer. Sincerely Unhappy customer
