Since the merger with T-Mobile the network service has declined. It’s much more difficult to get fast network service let alone signal in the same places I used to get signal.

Sprint is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. My bill went to collections. So I worked out a deal, paid that amount in full. And now they’re still playing games saying I still owe another X amount when I don’t owe a single penny!! And due to this issue I’m not able to unlock my phone. Been dealing with this major issues since July of 2020.

When upgrading my phone to a new Galaxy, I was told my SIM, which was not shipped with the phone, would come via priority shipping. The SIM shipped two days prior to the phone's arrival with first class shipping, and took an amazing 5 days to arrive. I was depending on this new phone, as my previous one was broken. I had to wait a whopping 7 days to have a phone again, which made me miss out on 2 business meeting and a plethora of other work related events.

This company need to pack up and close up shop. The worst thing Ive ever done concerning wireless service was, leaving AT&t for Sprint. After almost 3 years of being overcharge, I have had enough. Not to mention their customer service is terrible. They are fictitious salesman/saleswomen. You can't trust nothing they offer. On top of that the service is by far the worse. I couldn't get service where my Mother got service and she has a 30 buck wireless plan (Cricket). I have so many complaints run from this carrier point blank.

If i could give -5 stars i would, i left sprint to go to another carrier, i returned the phone, paid my dues. A month after that i get a bill thats $395 i call and see why, and they tell me if because the phone has a cracked screen. I said im getting charged $400 for a cracked screen. That is an absurd amount of money for a cracked screen. I wanted to cry, but lesson learned, i regret ever having them as a phone carrier, never will happen again, this company only cares about how much more money they can charge us instead of actually giving its customer good service. Stay away if you can.

I cannot even begin to describe how ridiculous this service is. Everything aspect of using Sprint was at best subpar and at worst incredibly frustrating....the dropped calls, the customer service, the payment plans. I live In New York City and would get 10-11 dropped calls during a one hour phone call. Sometimes more. DO NOT GET SPRINT. Even with T Mobile they still are terrible.

I wish I could rate them lower. I can't get them to abide by the contract we both signed. I started a plan with 5 phones obtained under their 18-month lease plan. Upon completion of the lease, they purposely did not allow me to exercise my nine-month purchase option, claiming an additional month or two of the lease was still due. To add insult to injury I've spent at least five one-hour plus telephone conversations trying to explain their contract to them. Additional lease revenue goes straight into their pockets and is not applied to the phone purchase option.

Customer service is okay to good - usually helpful, sometimes not. I've had some issues with billing, nothing major. Coverage maps are deceiving to say the least - I live in the far suburbs and commute to the city; coverage in the city is usually excellent; don't expect to have anything near reliable service

Reception is absolutely horrible and their pricing is a total scam. Bills are very confusing and price kept increasing month after month. After 18 months, they send 1 email to give you the option to buy out your phone. If you miss the email, you will pay a $42/month rental fee and never own the phone that you fully paid for. There is no way out of this, after hours and hours of conversations. Never sign up for this carrier. They are not transparent in their pricing and you will pay a lot for a terrible network.

Sprint charged us an extra line + phone + insurance for months without telling us, and we didn’t realize because we have autopay set up. When we went to upgrade one of our phones for a new one, that’s when we found the line. They refused to refund us all the money we had spent on this phone, a phone we’ve never see or used, because “we should have noticed sooner”. Sprint is a lying, stealing company that stole over $150 from a family of first responders, who have been Sprint customers for years. So disappointing that we’re now going to be looking for a new phone company.

The worst service ever. I had unlimited every plus 100 gigs of hotspot bill was 185. Called to lower my plan to lower my bill and it was still 185 without hotspot and limited data. They tell you your bill will be lower then when it’s not and you ask it’s because the sprint perk discount doesn’t apply on their lowest plan making it the exact same amount.

Is the worst company ever. The Customer Care and the Stores are the worst. They just sold me a SIMCARD that belongs to another person and I could not activate my phone. I lost 4 hours trying to solve the problem. The service is not the best, but what you talk calling or using the chat are not the same at the store. I recommend go to stores where are not near from Tourist places. The store at UES was good, and the store at 57th ST & 8th Ave as well.

I have been a customer of sprint for many years. It hasn’t been until recently that sprint is on some BS. Don’t lease your phone in NJ because you can not purchase the phone at the end of your lease. They do not tell you this when offering this to you. The Sprint store on Toms River said this was the best plan for me. Not true you end up paying more for a phone you will never own. Sorry Sprint you just lost a 20 year customer.

If I could give less I would. We changed over to sprint to save on our phone bill. We expected our coverage to be worse but it was significantly worse.. annoyingly poor data and coverage. but we saved money. We got what was sold as a month to month contract with no cancelation. Well that is incorrect. During this covid catastrophe I was laid off and needed to cancel our service and ended up paying almost $800.00 to cancel. We will recommend never to use sprint.

The scammers of the mobile industry. I will never ever return or recommend. They’ve tried to rob me in more ways than one. Raised my monthly bill without ever telling me at all, and breached our contract. Paid off my phone and they still tried to send it to collections to get more. After paying it off I had to file a claim to get them off my credit where they should’ve never been in the first placd

Sprint has poor business practices and I would emplore you to think twice before signing up for service with Sprint. They scam you and screw you and comeplety mess up you're bill and then; as a result of this you are then responsible for there employees lack of knowledge and education. Believe me when I tell you...Do NOT sign up with Sprint for a possibly cheaper bill than the other companies because you get exactly what you pay for!!!

Cycle change and now sprint is billing me again for May and June making my bill $324.24. This changed how my bill looks since they change my cycle. Sarah V. One star is to much for this company. Coverage is horrible with dropped calls on a daily basis. I live in the Cincinnati area if you go more than 10 minutes away from the highway your service lags. Today was the last straw I spent over 3 hours on the phone just to upgrade my phone. By the end of the third hour of being transferred from sales rep to sales rep nothing was accomplished. I dont know how it's so hard to buy a phone but this is a disaster. I was going to buy a $1,100 Samsung now switching to a new carrier.

Sprint sucks, but I think they all take advantage of the market. I did not see ANY kind of relief on my bill even during a world pandemic!!!! However, they did run commercials that people could PURCHASE item on-line for OUR convenience. ha ha ha Sprint's Customer Service, they literally say "I am ending this call" and hang up if they cannot resolve your problem. If they really cared about their customers, they would cut bills in 1/2 during pandemic. Trust me, they are making a TON OF MONEY OFF OF US!!!

Its was that this doesn’t give you an option to give less than 1 star. This is the worst experience I have ever been through! We were lied to and deceived... It is nothing more than a scam. I have spent hours and hours on the phone with reps supervisors telling me different things. Being placed on hold I’m actually on hold right now. With the Coronavirus in full effect I contacted Sprint and requested a credit as MetroPCS has offered to their customers to be told by SPRINT they are not offering any credits or benefits at this time. The supervisor proceed to say that’s the service is still working so you need to pay. I will be switching carriers if this multi billion company ONLY SEEMS TO CARE ABOUT THE DOLLAR and not assisting their customers. Time to make the switch I do not want to allow a pathetic company to benefit from any revenue I can offer them.

Not happy with sprint recently. Every months bill is different and no one from customer service can explained why. I even talked to a supervisor about it who assured me she would monitor my account for several months to make sure bill was the price she quoted me but have yet to here from her even though my bill was different the very next month. I’m rating customer service a 0 on a 1-5 scale.

I got a phone under there phony 100 percent guarantee. Long story short. Phone has been returned. They took $1123 from a credit card that I didn’t even have linked to that account. I had used it to buy equipment. So , apparently that gave them the right to take money from it at will. Been waiting for a refund since Dec. Even though the manager proved that it was returned. I have been orimised the return four times. The service was awful or I would have kept the service. They will say anything to appease you then not follow through. My bill is $100 more per month than what was quoted. At first it was "a one time fee". It has NEVER gone down. Up a few times because there's other fees occasionally added. Never down. I'm willing to screw up my credit recovery plan just to get out of this contract. I loathe Sprint. There is no way to put into words how disappointed we are with Sprint. I have made some terrible decisions in life, but switching to Sprint nears the top of the list. Our service could not be worse and we compare it to a prison sentence. Far too many times we have not been able to get in touch with our children which is unacceptable in today's society and Sprint will do nothing about it other than offer to let me buy out our contract for thousands of dollars.
