I love that I get service almost everywhere but I wish my data was actually unlimited like they say it is. I only get 30 GB and data but after I use it all they basically shut my phone off until the 1st of the month..

When I had to get a new SIM card they assumed I had a smart phone. I did not. There was some confusion over what I needed to do. We got it straightened out but it took awhile.

It's always on time and they are fast to fix a problem... Data gets cut off after 25to30 gb even though it says it's unlimited and that's what my kids and my self uses for school .. but other than that it's a great service..

Awesome Free service NOT. Drops calls and service every five minutes or so and when you have the "unlimited" plan they shut off your data somewhere around 30gb used. I called there horrific customer service and all she could say was I had reached the data limit for the month. I asked her, how is there a limit when I have unlimited everything? She said I'm sorry sir but your data will be back on the first of the month. It was, but how is there a limit to something that is unlimited? That's false advertising I would think. Fruit for thought.

Customer service is very slow. Alright I had to update as of March 31st 2022. I guess I needed an updated new phone too. First of all got a new SIM card put in the old phone nothing. Took forever to get a hold of someone in customer service. When I got a hold of someone in customer service she was real rude to me. New SIM card did not. She rudely said you got to a new cell phone for at least $35. I tried couldn’t get a new cell phone because you have to send prove of how much you make a year, social security card , I’d card well I haven’t heard anything back from Q link and no new phone. I got a Gmail from qlink I need to get re reapproved for free phone service I’m like what ?! I’m sitting here with no cell phone service new SIM card that don’t and no updated cell phone! I’m pissed and I send proof numerous times to qlink just too have free phone service. I can’t be hanging and waiting without a phone I had to go elsewhere buy a 60 dollar phone. $20 monthly plan. Qlink doesn’t help their customers and customer service is horrible. Thanks for cutting me off and leaving me hanging. Qlink never ever again:(😡😡😡😡😳

Wow..seriously.. I have been on the phone at least 4 times with people today. I applied because I needed the service, which I had no problem. Within 48 hours I received the SIM card. Now, they asked for information to confirm that my phone was compatible before sending. So, I put the SIM card in and it says "invalid SIM card", so I call the 888 number, but wait... I couldn't call from the phone, because it stated " cellular network not working "... I put my old SIM card back in and call, they go through this whole sales speil, they won't listen, I already have signed up, already approved, they sent me a SIM card, that says it's invalid.. Go through all the talk again about what is happening.. Then they tell me to call the 305#.. Seriously?? As I stated, I called like4 times, " their recorded, check it out ".. 4 times listening to rude people Not Listening!! Each time they said same things, have to listen to their speil.. I asked for a supervisor, was hung up on.. So, still no help..still can't use the SIM card..and they could care less.. I just want to have phone, without issues..

Delivery of startup kit was quick. It took a few phone calls to get service running and was difficult to actually talk to a live individual for customer service. I had to correct my phone number, lost my original voicemail message due to customer service not communicating and getting proper understanding of how to resolve service requested.

I didn't like qlink at first. The qlink phone was horrible. Then I put the qlink sim in a Stylo 6 and it worked great and made it a much service. Customer service isn't the best, but the service is great

Pro is its free...cons are...i talk on phone and every 15 minutes the phone call is cut off..75 percent of time is very slow..i type 3 letters and it lags and shows up after typing third letter. So it can be very slow..
