This phone freezes and has to be reset about 7 times a day. It's the slowest phone and the worst phone I've ever had to use. I would rather had one of the 1st flip phones then own this one if that says anything. Def don't spend any money for it , but honestly go to a dif provider just because this phone won't make your life easier trust that it will just make it harder. Nothing but heartache and slow data . I spend about 3 hours a day waiting to connect (buffering) and trying to get the screen unfrozen . I give it Neg 10 stars!!!

I just switched to qlink wiresless because i have a friend who has it and he has great service and also his wifi calling works, but my phones wifi calling doesn't work and i keep trying to get qlink to fix it but they just tell me its a 3rd party app and its not at all it is a factory feature with my phone that has worked intermittently since ive had there service, i wish someone would please take the time to look into my issue, because i have barely any service where i live and wifi calling is my only option. Please help and thanks.

this is a scam. I purchased the tablet and phone package. NO WHERE on the site does it indicate they have limited coverage. So I have no coverage. After an entire day trying to get the damn POS working they finally tell me oh we don't cover your area, we'll refund the phone part but not the tablet so Im stick with a piece of useless trash. Not only do I NOT recomend them I will be making a complaint to both the bbb and the dept of telecomunications in washington dc about there deceptive practices .

Using the T-Mobile network in my area really sucks. I also am not in a rural area and the service is still slow and very spotty. My phone is only capable of LTE and I understand the speed limitations but it clocks in so far below other competitors I can barely keep a connection. If I didn’t have home wi-fi the phone would be next. To impossible to use. Additionally, I am supposed to be able to use my phone as a hot spot for internet access when I’m not at home and no matter where I am or what device I use I am unable to use this service.
