Same problem as with ATT . POOR service at a huge cost. Always errors in billing. Keep raising prices and oenal I ze you for cancelling because they charge more than your car payment .

Very poor to nonexistent data data transfer service in large, well populated area of South San Jose, CA. Issue has persisted for months to this day. Several attempts to bring Verizon's attention to the issue have failed.

In spite of last year's ruling "allowing" phone unlocking they refuse to unlock my previous phone, even to possibly use on their pre-paid plans. Also I am surprised the company has activation fees.

I had UNLIMITED DATA awhile back. Verizon ACCIDENTALLY closed my account & lost my free data plan. The COB CFO need to be skinned alive & drawn & quartered. A surface to air missile at the company chopper would be too nice for that septic tank scum sucking board of directors.

Verizon isn’t customer friendly. The service has gotten worst. I’m checking into switching providers. They told me that they only offer senior discounts to people that reside in Florida. I have 2 lines and paying $250 a month. This is ridiculous!!!!

I decided to switch to them and took my phone home the same day I did not have any service so I canceled back at the store the same day. I did not get my full refund back and they tried to send me to collections saying I owed the $9 still. I will never work them again.

I have been dealing with the company for about 3 months, and I am ready to leave them. They did not take care of the customer. They focus on sales only. And their business is shady. They don't disclose any of the fine print in order to screw you over. Stay clear from them.
