The coverage was the best when I started with them, realistically it was the only reason. Their customer service is horrible, Trying to get anyone with brain cells that fire to help you is near impossible.

Too expensive. Customer service is poor and the waiting period is too long. They try to sell you products but don't stand behind them. You pay monthly for a warranty but the deductible is half the cost of the product itself.
