We were Verizon customers for a few years and hated their service so much that we paid the cancellation fee to get out of our contract early. We hated the spotty service when we traveled, the customer service was horrible, and the billing had constant mistakes and problems. We would never use Verizon again. And then they continued to hound us with mailers and advertisements after we left.

Used to be a good company in but no more. Can't get data reception tired of hearing the same story that there's tower problems After 15 yrs. I am jumping ship to another carrier. Verizon is over priced for no data service

Worst company ever. Save your time and money. Go with AT&T instead. They will mess up your bill and continue to charge the incorrect amount and refuse to fix it. Last bill was $507. Not worth it. Stay away!
