Verizon sucks all they know how to do is point fingers at the other company when they can't get something accomplished like a simple transfer of phone number from One account to another they're very expensive and they're very hard to work with they will never be at fault for anything you're trying to accomplish so don't waste your time

Once again their technicians couldn't find my outside box that was well within anyone's view on the side of my house. A incident among several others was that it took five techs just to find a broken wire right at a telephone pole. Meanwhile they repeatedly said that the problem was inside my house--it was outside!

Needed a remote three weeks it took for then to get it to me.even though i wouldsee their trucks thru my neighborhood.how hard would it be to use company trucks to deliver your hard ware

I am so upset with Verizon right now. I am in Nicaragua and my phone just suddenly broke, without dropping it at all. It just went black. Yeehaw. And they can’t do anything about it because my phone has to physically be in the country. UGH. And i am here for four months. SO ANNOYED.
