They continually try to jab you with bigger charges and if you try to sign in on anything you need a wizard to get through to your account. I sincerely think this is part of the ,"bamboozle method" I have seen for so many years!

They do not help at all. They’re quick send you a bill but would send me my plan to activate my Disney plus and Walmart plus. If they had a zero star I would’ve gave them a zero star. Plus the guy who hooked up my WiFi seems like he was on drugs.

The worst company I have ever tried to work with. HORRIBLE customer service & employees that do not know what they are doing. The website is impossible to use, stuck in the stone ages with functionality. You couldn’t pay me to use their services. Do yourself a favor, save time & use literally any other provider.

I have spent more than 20 hours on the phone with them over 2 weeks. I have been told by 4 managers they were handling it, 4 others have told me they would call me back, neither has happened. They do not care about their customers. Stay away!!!

This company does not value anyone i bought 2 Samsung 22 ultras and both phones are defective they will not take the phones back i been on the phone with customer service and tech support for weeks and in store everyday for 4 days now no help been with this company 16years and this is the treatment you get in return

Verizon offered a promotion, took my old phone, and then declined to honor the promotion. They also wouldn't give me back my phone they had me send to them, told me I forfeit it, and then also double charged me for the new phone and aren't willing to credit back. Absolute horrible company and a total fraud.

Service is very poor and I live right in the middle of a decent sized city. Customer support is atrocious and have probably spent 50+ hours working out their mess ups or playing phone tag cause no ones seems to know how to do their job. All in all just save yourself the headache and choose literally any other carrier.

Had Verizon for about a week before switching to AT&T their service sucks couldn’t get reception and even the smallest of places I think that they can’t get their signal through the thick walls.

Don't think much of them, was a customer for 15 years, even before they became Verizon. Came time for a new phone and the only good deals were for NEW customers and adding a line. They don't value their old time loyal customers. Sorry I became a new customer of ATT.
