Terrible experience! We don't believe their coverage map is accurate, we don't have coverage where they say their coverage is strong, constantly dropping calls. Over priced, unlimited planned is scaled back after a certain amount of usage.

Their roadside assistance is absolutely terrible. I’ve used them 5 times in 2 years, never waited less than 3 hours for the truck to show. They don’t care and have zero power to get the company moving faster. Not only that, every company they work with is rude and incredibly uncaring.

No phone service and poor internet going on a month. They haven't fixed it and have the nerve to want full payment. The incompetence is staggering. They've even gone as far as to threaten me with disconnection. But you can't disconnect what doesn't work. This is an ongoing problem for years.
